    Yeah, this team, even if both Wall and Dipo are healthy and back to prime, is at most as talented as the Blazers, which means that if they are well-coached, they would be competitive for a 7th or 8th seed in the West, and maybe win 1 playoff game. Many people here are too optimistic.
