You have got to be one of the most clueless posters here and I mean that in a good way. I get that you're pissed at what went down but if you hadn't been overdosing on the red koolaid all season you would have a better understanding of what works in the NBA. By deliberately ignoring the obvious flaws in D'Antoni's approach to the game, you set yourself up for disappointment. And now you want throw shade at GSW, blame the refs and denigrate everybody else instead of placing the blame where it lies: on Les, Morey, D'Antoni and the Rockets players who were totally exposed and unable to adjust when facing a great opponent. And all the whining in the world won't erase the stench of last night for Morey, D'Antoni and Harden.

Alright I've calmed down. Not going to bash on Harden because the media has been nonstop. Like they couldn't wait for Harden to have a game like this. I really hope Harden can recover from this. He looked really down on himself as he checked out the game and the crowd applauded him one final time. All his historic accomplishments shouldn't be washed away in one game but it feels like it is. Please James, use this as more fuel going forward.

Harden is a part time superstar...which is better than not being one at all. He has off games and in the playoffs. Coach needs to be prepared to bench Harden when he is having an off game and go to the next line-up minus him. But, we really had no one who could lead if Harden is off. In summary, we need another Harden to offset the bad games by the first Harden. Answer: CLONE HIM! The chances both Hardens have an off game on the same night are really, really low...unless they are both at the strip club until 4 am before the game day.

I really believe going into this game we were most likely pull a win a home and go back to the Spurs with a good chance to move on against GS in the WCF.

Being blown out is unacceptable and for whatever the reasons Harden's effort is worst!!

When your leader and floor general don't showed up to play that's what happens.

I have seen this in Harden in the past and thought the old happened was gone but he still have much to improve to be consider our guy to bring us another Championship.

    harden getting torn to pieces.

MDA needs to get more blame. ****ing ridiculous 7 man rotation in 2 games in 3 days. lost the confidence of all the young guys. sad to see.

I don't know what the **** happened. I am still stunned . I felt like vomiting after the game. I am devastated over this. Time has come to be honest with ourselves. Harden is on the clock now if he dosent improve in the playoffs next season, time to say bye bye to James.

Well, it's the playoffs. A totally different game.
Every possession is emphasized and defense ratcheted up. Don't see a big deal there.

    ALL the Harden haters. WOW
He gets a new lease on life, helps take our team from mediocre .500 ball
to 3rd seed in the West while equaling the stats of Nate Archibald, one of the
greatest playmakers in the history of the game, and all of a sudden Rockets fans
turn to eat their own and only remember ONE game?! Should be ashamed.
All of the trade Harden talk, get rid of him, he's garbage. LOL We took a higher seed to 6 games. That's not a disappointment
NEWS FLASH; You would have seen WORSE had we made it to the WCF against Golden State.
Likely a sweep. Would have been WAY ugly.
I suggest you delete your CF account and do like Kevin Durant and jump on the GSW bandwagon.
That way you won't have to be disappointed. You can flash your smug smile with every other 'fake' fan
Unless of course LeBron and the Cavs take them down again, then you'll need another crying towel.
Just make sure it's Gold and Blue

I don't know what it was but Dantoni looked sad majority of the game. Like he knew this game was out of reach before it even started. I wonder why.

Just watched the first half and wow. Yes, Rockets were complete trash, but you have to give a sh**load of credit to San Antonio.

This was absolute perfection and unselfish, intelligent basketball that would beat any team in the world. Not saying this to excuse the Rockets anyhow, more a esponse to the guys that said we're the potentially better team and more talented.

Definitely felt the need to bump this, although the way we got blown out, I actually had no emotional reaction. Me and my girlfriend just smoked and laughed and started making sarcastic comments every time we had the ball. Good times. Shop Harden quietly on the market and see if we can build around capela. Time to get younger and wait out the Warriors run. I would bet on Harden retiring from basketball by the age of 30.

we can't change what has already happened, there's no way we could win the chip this time anyway with those two super teams in front of us. let's enjoy the summer and the upcoming 17-18 season. just need morey to make some magic upgrading our 3 and 4, we'll be good to go again.

We need to draft another African player who is tall, strong, and good with a soccer ball to groom into a top player. My point...sometimes players and championships only come along once in a lifetime. I feel like we won't win another championship in my lifetime. The mid 90s were our heyday.

That doesn't mean we can't enjoy the competition and trying. But, winning a championship is a rare thing for a lot of cities' teams unfortunately. We've seen how it works these days. Multiple superstars choose to go to the same team because they know that is their best chance to win a championship. Otherwise, they are relegated to playing out their days on a team that isn't good enough because they are always a few players away. This is player collusion, recruitment, whatever...it's still stacking a few teams with all the talent.

You got to take the good with the bad. I'm not losing any sleep over this playoff exit. We competed and we lost. It's as it should be. Survival of the fittest.

I don't think this 3 point bs is the way to a championship. It's a good regular season thing but it ends in failure in the playoffs. Rockets need a more balanced offense and not just campy 3 point shooters. It was worth a shot but, if we don't see changes to the game plan next season, then WTF are we doing? We gave it our best shot. We had the best 3 point shooters brought in. I personally don't like what the 3 point shot has done to the game. I wish they would get rid of the damn 3 point line. Yea...where would we be then?
