Harden gave zero f*cks in the press conference. He clearly didn't care about this game. Just wanted an early start off to summer vacation. I bet he shows up to training camp overweight next season.

Seriously, have never seen since such a mentally challenged "superstar" since T-Mac.

Now I am genuinely concerned as a rockets fan. We are invested in a player who just does not care if we win or not. This performance did NOTHING in the way of luring potential free agents. Why would they want to come to this train wreck and go to war with someone who may or may not show up when it counts. If Harden calls you or LeBron calls you who are you going to answer the phone for? Nothing inspiring about this game.
I don't know why we are disappointed. Most of us figured we would either finish .500 and be done in the first round or win regular season and turn in to an unseasoned turd in the playoffs.

No one predicted great things in October from this team and that is exactly what we got. We got mundane crap wiped on used toilet paper.

I have never felt as dejected and hopeless about the future as I do right now.

I can't believe I am saying this. But if we were to be offered some package that sends us some sort of future star for Harden I think I would have to listen. He is late 20's and still hits titty bars and doesn't care if he succeeds at the highest level. Olajuwon grew up and took his life and game to another level and delivered AS THE ONLY STAR in 1994.

Whatever. Team doesn't care I guess we shouldn't either.

Harden needs to go now. Dantoni too. Very few players on this team actually cared. Harden wanted to go home. Trade that clown now. MVP? Huge joke

Missed a key word there... he said 'WE' didn't knock down shots. First answer, throwing the shooters under the bus (though they did suck). To be fair, I don't think he means it like that, he's just bad at press conferences. Did take responsibility for the most part.

be honest, no team is looking forward to playing against the Warriors. You guys act like that was some kind of reward or something. It wasn't, our team is not ready for them. Anyone who wanted that matchup is a homer.

anyone hating on James Harden is a sellout. He had an amazing season and a great playoff performance and I don't care what you guys say. these last two games not having nene really cost us.

Mike does not seem to understand that yeah you can play seven guys but those seven guys all have to get more rebounds and it was clear they could not get any rebounds and pops exposed that. even if they somehow managed to miss with these clear size advantages everywhere, they got the offensive rebound. we could not get stops or rebounds therefore we cannot dictate the pace so therefore we lose.

The Rockets need a sports psychologist who has played at the
college level. Harden needs one more than anyone else.

He didn't know that before the game?

Harden is not a superstar, but he is not T-Mac either.

At age 31. Harden is 27.

You would have traded Dream at age 27 because he was immature?

We really had no reason to double other than poor lineup choices whereby Harden was guarding a big who he could not guard and who he refused to block out. You got a team with limited offensive options and we left guys wide open for no other reason than being too small.

At least with Russ you never question his heart and drive. He may go down but he goes down guns blazing.

Geez this was bad. The no shots, turnovers, body language, post game comments.

Just unbelievable. He was either concussed or legit put money on the Spurs knowing they weren't getting past the Dubs anyway. I don't get how he could perform THAT badly. I'm one of Harden's biggest supporters but geez this one won't go away until next season WCF. Every performance from here until then deserves a side eye.
