Yao appears to be doing ok on him according to the box score. 10pts, & 3rbs. Am I missing something?

Spurs is the worst FT team in NBA, and we are giving them wide open outside shots. Should clamp down outside and foul when they come inside.

Duncan is a monster. I'm not sure if anyone can effectively get a shot in the paint against that guy.

half of steve's shots have been at the end of the shot clock, get off his nuts! the problem is that it takes the offense 22 secs to get anything and then they have to heave up some crap b/c they don't get started early and try and do something early in the clock, its van gundy's eat the clock like we're up by 2 touchdowns with 7 mins to go offense, it sucks!

It seems like whenever we play on national tv francis tries too hard and most of the time just makes a fool out of himself. I wonder how long it will be before he dribbles the ball of his foot or knee today.

For those not watching the game, and only reading the box score...

Steve hasn't hit his shots... but THREE of them have been with the shot-clock running down, in desperation.

He hasn't gotten an easy shot... regardless.

Yao has good box-score numbers, but he tried posting up Duncan twice, and missed both his shots.

Then, the next time down, Mo-T tried posting him up, and he missed his fadeaway.

It seems like they want Tim to guard whoever is posting up... when that happens, pass it to the other guy.

No... Yao can get Shaq in the pick and roll... but posting him up is NOT the game-plan.

    See on Wednesday.

Man this team passes as though they're blind. Too many unforced turnovers. MoT is passing so bad out of rebounds.

is maurice taylor aware that the rockets are wearing white and not black? just wondering b/c he seems to keep throwing it to the wrong team.

so if yao is going to stroke 22 footers, why when the shot clock is at 4 and he gets it does he pass it off to a guy in the corner who is blanketed by his guy? i thought yao had the high IQ on the team.

The Rockets need to take advantage of Duncan being on the bench. The lead is 7 now... Pop will bring him back in if it gets down to 5.

Duncan is like Hakeem. He's not going to be a statue like Shaq. The guy is a reigning MVP for a reason. The defensive weakness of the Spurs is the point guard position. It is well-known by everyone. Challenging Duncan is just a futile strategy. Challenging Tony Parker is a different matter.
