Apparently her posts have been more insightful in the eyes of the Rockets crew than both of yours. (you and the other guy) Try harder
I haven't said this often, but I actually think the Rockets will steal this game. I think Martin will have a better game to start than he has had to date. Also, San Antonio has been inconsistent for a while now, particularly on the road. Their defense, especially stopping slashers, has not been up to par for them. The Rockets though have to play smarter and and more cohesive though, and have to hope that Ginobli does not have a good game.
Homeboy gets stupid tonight!! First break out game as a Rocket!? I am praying for 40+ so he can get totally comfortable being in the lonestar state. He is much better than he has shown the rocket fans. BUT, take it from someone who knows, IT IS COMING!!! I seen where someone posted somewhere else that he broke his shooting hand? Nope! it was his guide hand, which further explains the shot being off. You are probably closer with the 25-30, but, we can dream.
Rockets win 99 to 97...JJ shuts down Tim Duncan  , and Kevin martin emerges as the go to guy that we've long been missing...mark my words GO ROCKETS!!!
YES!! No Tony Parker! http://twitter.com/Jonathan_Feigen Jonathan_Feigen No Tony Parker tonight. Out sick.
Interesting... AB>Hill Martin=Manu (Although I can easily see Martin taking this matchup) Battier=Jefferson (Battier can control Jefferson while getting looks of his own) Duncan>Scola(HOWEVER Scola owns the Spurs) McDyess>Hayes(BARELY) This should be a close game but with Lowry and Ariza out it weakens the bench A LOT...Rox can pulls this bad boy out with a little luck and some hot shooting.
you people are glad or happt that tony parker is out, this just puts more pressure for rox to win since we expect the spurs to be short handed and the rockets have the home court
In all honestly, Tony Parker has not been playing all that well the past few weeks. Not sure if that is related to him being sick right now. Him being out might actually help the Spurs more, as they know for sure who will have what roles tonight and who can provide what. Best wishes to him getting healthy. (Hey I want the Rockets to win, but I'm nearly a doc. I don't want anyone to be sick/injured.)
For those in the Austin area - the game is blacked out on NBA League Pass, and isn't being aired on either FSN or NBATV. I can't even watch an in-state rivalry, but I can catch the Raps playing in Canada. Does anyone know what the deal is - why are they blacking out the game?
