Damn the Spurs shooting a .268% and they are leading. This is horrible for the Rockets.

yeah but francis pretty much looks like trash every day now. His awful D and stupid turnovers are the only consistant things about his game.

shooting % wise, it's gotta rank up there. combined points-wise, it's gotta be pretty close. but i think the individual team record is like 18 or 19 and for a game it's 49 so we should be safe from a record assuming we don't repeat that.

Not that it makes a difference, but why does Francis, with 6 seconds left in the half, jog the ball up the court before attempting a shot? Why does he always do this? The other night against the Blazers it was the same thing, with just 5 or 6 seconds left in the 3rd quarter, he jogged the ball up the court and hoisted up a 30-footer which he hit. The outcome of that particular shot is irrelevant--if he attacks the ends of quarters with a semblance of urgency, if he pushes the ball up and pressures the defense, he can definitely get a higher-percentage shot or find an open shooter, but he always jogs the ball up--why?

looks like the rockets are turning into the knicks right in front of my eyes. this sucks i love the rockets but i just dont enjoy watching this stuff.

i dont think we could ever beat a team like the kings no matter how hard we play defense.

    this really sucks.

spurs will win this game going away, duncan will get it going in the second half and rockets will be blown out by the middle of the 3rd quarter.

It seems that everybody becomes a rebound specialist. That's a good part in the game. :D

I noticed that also, I think he is trying to be a bad ass, walking the ball about the court will limited time left.

Since I enjoy bashing Steve, I'll join in, and I'll do you one better:

Check out JVG on the sidelines yelling at his guards to push the ball, go, go! and how Steve shuns him every single time. I mean, literally, JVG says Run!, and Steve crawls. He is really fighting it.

Better to fail looking cool than to succeed looking mortal?

There is nothing urgent about SF. JVG tells him to run but he still walks the ball up. My only answer is that he is resisting JVG still. He just cannot be anymore clueless than he is right now. Passing a ball to Mobley's back and then going to get a pass from Mobes, again with no urgency

If we just look at the scores, it looks like football game. Too bad.
