Wow. I can't believe the guys that took the floor for both Spurs and our good selves, given a: a Texas rivalry game and b: a game against the reigning champions. I know Spurs have some injuries, but Duncan and Ginobelli being rested after having played 2 or 3 games is ridiculous. I'm sure the NBA will investigate this one with Spurs leaving players out.
3/5 starters did their business. The media always says starters out for the Spurs, but it was only 1 starter out, while we had two. And with Bev out, Parker could hit a f'n thing till the end. We are just flat dominating teams.
One time. This is Harden and Howard 2nd season together. This is not Tmac and Yao getting eliminated by the Jazz year after year. It took a horrible outing from Harden, a prayer shot, and LMA being given a no touch rule and putting up Jordan numbers to beat them. I feel confident that that 1st round exit was an aberration.
Any "analyst" that was down on Houston before the season is going to be really slow to come around. They don't want to be wrong and will hold out for the I told you so stretch of games as long as possible.

Just looking at the boxscore, and I know it was probably against a preseason-level Spurs team, but Howard is dominating mediocre frontcourts this season. He's really living up to his vow to bring it every game.
