Top200, this should be a tough game and Rox win finally.

I think Spurs will try to get Yao into foul trouble early in the game. The game hinge on Yao staying out of foul trouble. Where is Hayes??? I don't think Howard can protect Yao as much Hayes has.

 

Bold Prediction for the Spurs game:


Prediction 1:
I predict at points during this game that McGrady is assigned to defend Duncan. He won't do it all game but I am predicting that there are at least a few halfcourt possessions where Van Gundy throws McGrady on Duncan.

Battier gets the starting assignment on Duncan with either Snyder or Head as the backcourt with Alston and McGrady at the 3.

 

Does anyone know if sports bars in Dallas(Addison TX) will have NBATV....I am ootown and can't see the game otherwise. Thanks in advance.


Even general answers are ok....like...The sports bars that I have gone to show nba tv games or.....nahh its only the espn, tnt or local games....

i'm assuming that you are saying this because you think either padgett or novak will get time? jjho can't be any better than tmac guarding him? that is tough convincing, but i guess everyone has a right to what they believe, but i wouldn't put money down on that

 

Had this game marked since the start of the season!!...Finally for the first time in 2 years Houston is on TV in Australia...its always miami, cleveland and pheonix but finally theve increased the amount games shown a week and i can watch it...im staying home from school for it

No, I'm not talking about getting switched off on Duncan. I'm talking about McGrady coming down and taking him defensively.

Prediction 2: If Juwan Howards plays alongside Yao for more than 10 minutes, the Rockets will lose this game.

We have to have quickness on the floor. I think McGrady, Battier, SNyder, and Head all get between 30 and 40 minutes covering the 2, 3, and 4 spots. If each of those 4 get 35 minutes, then that leaves Juwan just getting scrum minutes behind Yao.

How many times do we gotta go through this folks? Juwan and Yao together on the floor makes us TERRIBLE.

This may be the game that we see VSpan getting some backup minutes behind Rafer. He would logically be probably the best defender against Parker, and we could effectively hide him offensively if TMac is running the point. JVG can put him on the wing and tell him to pass the ball or look for a path to the basket, no outside shots. I can see him getting 10 minutes or so spelling Rafer with alongside Luther.
