Perth...nice, one of my workmate use to play for the Perth WIldcats IIRC (think he was on the bench, he also played with andrew gaze on the highschool team)

he is like 175 and can dunk the ball apparently..but he is around 50 now..but still jacked as hell

This game will show how good we truly are. the spurs right now are probaly the #1 team going around. if we beat them, we can lay claim to being a genuine championship contender. this is one of the biggest games for us in the last 3 to 5 years. this is a braometer game for us.

We have chance to win this one, because it is our home game.

I will be OK, if we lose.

pfft perth wildcats Sydney Kings are the way to go, well not this year though. And all this SC talk, the SC is crap don't even know why they have it does absolutly nothing. Australia is crap in general for Basketball news and basketball viewing. I mean if Bogut scores 10 points its reported like he scored 30. Michael Redd doesn't even exist in Australia.

I'm a bit worried about Parker and Bowen. Parker's penetration could put Yao in foul trouble. Actually I think Bowen is a bigger concern bc he might hurt our players with his dirty play :D Anyway, Rockets will win by 2 points and bc TD misses all his 4 fts down the stretch :p :p
And the win is even sweeter bc Novak plays... ;)

This is where we will miss Hayes the most, both he and Battier are great at stopping the penetration using help defense and taking the charge.

The play in question Crawford was shooting a "3"- Bowens feet were never outside the arc. You haven't seen the video, have you?

    BTW: Spurs 94 : 89

    Too much Parker

Bowen's gonna try some crap, Mcgrady gets pissed and drops 35 on his head. Yao gets into early foul trouble because he looks at Ginobili a couple of times. Yao still pulls out 24/12. Head makes more clutch treys at the end. 87-80 Rockets.

It's sad here in UK, they show the Bulls vs Mavericks game instead of Rockets vs Spur. What a pitty. However, slightly better, the last game I saw rockets on TV here is last year against Timberwolves ;)

While we're watching the Rockets beat the Spurs, don't forget to thank the schedule maker for this stretch of games:

    11/10 vs. New York
    11/11 off
    11/12 at Miami
    11/13 off
    11/14 vs. San Antonio
    11/15 off
    11/16 vs. Chicago
    11/17 off
    11/18 at Detroit
    11/19 off
    11/20 at New York
    11/21 off
    11/22 vs. Washington
    11/23 off
    11/24 off
    11/25 vs. Memphis

Plenty of nicely spaced off days. No back-to-back games. No 4 games in 5 nights. No extended road trips. Heck, the remaining road games are at Detroit and then at New York, which is very manageable. I think the Rockets have a very good chance of putting together a long winning streak during this stretch. Detroit no longer has Ben Wallace to defend Yao (and Sheed will do his part and get tossed), while New York...there's only 1 basketball so whoever (Marbury, Crawford, Robinson, or, if he plays, Francis) on the Knicks brings it up, he'll let it fly. And Eddie Curry might just consider calling in sick when the Rockets visit MSG.

Does anybody know what channel the game is showing on in Austin? NBATV has it blacked out and neither FSNSW or any of the local channels has it on the schedule.
