Again as someone has already said, No Duncan, Ginobolli, Parker or Bowen tonight since they played last night. Pop is sitting them tonight. They didnt even make the trip. I was hoping to see how we stack up with the Spurs.

Yeah this link didn't work for me either. So that's why I put in the question mark. I don't know if it'll kick in closer to gametime or what.

    You can also try PPStream

It might seem more confusing because they don't even attempt to put anything in english, but in the right side section they'll have a Yao or Rocket icon whenever there is a game. There are two buttons in the box with the Rocket icon. Click on the button on the right and it'll load the channel for you.

PPstream has been my main "live rocket game" client for the past two years, and I'm been pretty satisfied with it's performance for the most part.

Not sure if this was posted but its from the Rockets.com website

    http://www.nba.com/rockets/news/Van_Gundy_still_tinkering_with-192519-34.html

Van Gundy still tinkering with lineup as Spurs pay visit

San Antonio at Houston, Sunday, 7:30 p.m.
The Rockets will continue juggling their lineup when Manu Ginobili and San Antonio visit on Sunday.

Preseason Records: Houston (3-1), San Antonio (2-2)
    When: Sunday, 7:30 p.m.
    Where: Toyota Center
    TV/Radio: FSN Houston, SportsRadio
    610 AM

Injury Update: G/F Bonzi Wells (groin), G Bob Sura (knee) and F Ryan Bowen (hip) are out and G Luther Head (undisclosed) is questionable for the Rockets; G Beno Udrih (hamstring) is out and F Eric Williams (Achilles' tendon) is questionable for the Spurs.

Spurs Update: The Spurs will bring the usual cast of characters to town, but the starters will probably be in for a short night after playing Saturday. That's the preseason for you. Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili did not play beyond the first quarter of Thursday's game against Chicago.

Matchup of the Game: Chuck Hayes vs. Tim Duncan. Hayes, who is nursing a sprained left ankle, certainly won't handle Duncan alone. But the Rockets will get an opportunity to see how one of their top low-block defenders does against Duncan. Expect to see Yao and Battier also to take shots at defending Duncan.

    Projected Starting Lineups:
    ROCKETS
    Pos Player PPG RPG
    G Rafer Alston 9.3 3.8
    G Tracy McGrady 13.0 2.7
    F Shane Battier 5.3 4.3
    F Chuck Hayes 4.3 5.3
    C Yao Ming 15.0 7.5

    SPURS
    Pos Player PPG RPG
    G Tony Parker 16.5 2.3
    G Manu Ginobili 9.5 2.0
    F Bruce Bowen 5.0 2.0
    F Tim Duncan 13.8 6.3
    C Fabricio Oberto 5.5 5.0

HOUSTON -- Rockets coach Jeff Van Gundy will certainly have a few constants with whatever lineup he has on the floor.

Yao Ming. Tracy McGrady. And, probably, Shane Battier.

Beyond those names, however, Van Gundy is still experimenting.

With less than two weeks remaining before the start of the regular season, Van Gundy will once again be tinkering and tweaking his lineup rotations Sunday night when the Rockets host the San Antonio Spurs.

The Rockets coach has seemingly tried every lineup imaginable during the team's first four preseason games and expects to do more of the same.

"It's still too early to jump the bandwagon on certain lineups and jump off with other lineups," Van Gundy said. "We need to study them over time to get the best indication of what will help us win."

Van Gundy opened the preseason using small lineups since Yao was nursing a toe injury and he has used several different combinations since Yao returned to the lineup.

He went with Rafer Alston at point guard, Chuck Hayes at power forward, Shane Battier at small forward and McGrady at shooting guard in Yao's first game back Tuesday in Dallas. Battier still ended up playing plenty of power forward alongside Yao and McGrady returned to small forward for his share of minutes when Luther Head or Kirk Snyder were in the lineup at shooting guard.

Then, 24 hours later against Milwaukee, the Rockets coach opened the game with a small lineup around Yao. Alston once again started at point guard with Head at shooting guard, Snyder at small forward and Scott Padgett at power forward.

Sure, McGrady, Battier and Hayes were given the night off Wednesday. But Van Gundy has used to the preseason to view all of his options.

He has so far seen lineups that are primarily productive on only one end of the court.

"We've been a team that has either been high energy on offense or high energy on defense," Van Gundy said. "We haven't been able to do both in the same game."

While Van Gundy continues to try different combinations, the Rockets coach is getting closer and closer to figuring out his team's rotation.

The coach said earlier this preseason that he would like to use a rotation that revolved between eight and nine players.

McGrady is hoping to see more of that group over the final week of the preseason.

"In these last three games, I definitely hope that my minutes and the minutes of the guys that are going to play the bulk of the minutes are out there together," said McGrady, who hopes to play closer to 30 minutes in the upcoming preseason games. "I hope we're out there because everyone in the lineup needs to get on the same page because it's time to roll."

Van Gundy could certainly use his starting lineup early Sunday if the Spurs continue to play its trio of stars. Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili did not play beyond the first quarter of Thursday's game against Chicago and could do the same in Houston. However, the group might also earn a rest since San Antonio is playing Saturday night.

Still, no matter which lineup the Spurs use, Van Gundy will continue to study his options since more roster decisions are looming.

"I don't want to limit anyone or eliminate anybody," Van Gundy said.

Is this a fact though? I haven't seen a link which states this. I went to the Spurs website as well as the rockets and no luck. Can someone post the link where they found this info? Thanks :)

I also like ppstream but last game it didn't display a right hand column for me that usually has the rockets icon...is this right? Are you having this problem and do you know if the game tonight will work on it. Thank you in advance.

If you closed that menu by mistake, you can open it up again by going to the "view" drop down menu and hitting the selection with the "I". Like this:
