Tjones kept the game in reach until Dwight got going and make enough FTs to nullify the Hack-a-Howard. Lin was big playmaking with Harden out and scored some big points in the 4th. Definitely helped that Manu couldn't finish the game but still a good win.

All of the options are equally horrible for them.

    Give Lin credit? Hell no.
    Give Dwight credit? Hell no.
Give McHale credit over Pops? Hell no.

Lin's not a backup, he just serve the same purpose as Harden who is the Star of the team, which is why the starting unit is better with Beverly. That said, Lin has upped his TS% to 58% this year and he's actually playing better than he was in New York. If Lin can be our Bobby Jackson, we'd be great in the playoffs.

Great games tonight for Lin, Howard, and Jones. When Jeremy plays with confidence he is a very good player. Great win for the Rockets.

maybe we were wrong all along, maybe the real issue is Harden dominating the offense to the detriment of the team, look how well the ball moved and how hard the team played tonight (comeback from a double digit deficit) when everyone moves the ball...hell...even mchale coached decently tonight and SMILED

Gutsy win. Everyone stepped up even though we struggled on the boards, made some bad decisions, the usual stuff.

Spurs are a great match-up....would be nice to get them in the playoffs.

Crazy how every time harden doesn't play Lin will play the most mins 40+, but when harden plays Lin will play under 30mins. Mchale must think Lin is valuable to have in the floor, he just needs to figure out a solid rotation that can help the team, because Lin will come through in the 4th

I dunno, it always seems to me like Lin needs a lot of time to get going. He's never been the type to go in and immediately make impact.

Who the flying f cares about what Jeremy Lin's and Patrick Beverley's roles are as long as what they do help the Rockets win.

I know 5-4 seed might be the ceiling for the rockets, but when the guys from NBATV or TNT say it makes me angry...

Lin goes from playing less than 30 minutes off the bench mostly in garbage time to 44 minutes?

Yeah Harden is injured, but the inconsistency in minutes and role game to game is just stupid.

Give him a clear role in the rotation and stick with it. Can't expect consistency from a player when his role and minutes aren't even consistent from game to game.

Great win. Now that is totally game effort. I am very impressed by the defense, especially the help defense by DH on pnr. Wow, for that alone DH deserves the player of the game. Now, do that in all games PLEASE DH
