The timeout was more for defensive purposes... we're giving SA free looks at the basket, and easy layups. We're getting pretty good shots on offense... Yao should have made his first hook shot, and Juwon had a good look at his jumpers.
Can we just damn watch a 48 mins game? Instead of make conclusion after 6 mins? Can we have a team for one single season, instead of trying to mess it up every two days? After the game is done, one side has to be ready to eat the crow.
The 2nd turnover was really because Yao didn't come over to receive the post entry pass from TMac. TMac made a good pass.
I'm dissappointed at Yao, and even more dissappointed at gumby, how the hell can you get Yao's hot hand going if you only play him 6 minutes and pull him out, and pull him back again?
No... you take out the guy who isn't playing effective help defense, letting Tony Parker blow by him for layups. We don't need Yao to be a great offensive player... but we can't afford to have him being completely ineffective on the defensive end as well, especially with a team like SA who relies a lot on penetration and dish.
You guys are so easy to get frustrated. If you analyze a player's game minute by minute, no player in the NBA can satisfy you.
what did we do the refs for them to do this to us? are they not allowed in the lexas lounge or something? did the rockets ban them from the lexas lounge and now they are taking it out on the rockets? somethings up, i don't know what, but somethings up
I think JVG is putting Yao in the game to let Les Alexander see in person what kind of a player Yao is. JVG would trade Yao if he had the power.
Wow...JVG has on the court 2 least effective frontcourt players Yao and Mo. This dude is trying to force Les Alexander to make a move. I wouldn't be surprised if the crowd starts booing Yao and Mo this game.
i'll try. Mcgrady drives to the bucket, take its hard up against about three spur players - no call. he gets the re' and goes up again hard - and the replay shows ginobli slaps his hand - he misses the shot no call. it was pretty bad man.
