At least for Yao, it's the McDonalds' kids.

At least Yao's on the bench.

Duncan and Parker are at Indianapolis Colts (vs Rams) game right now. Apparently foreign guys don't appreciate baseball much.

Anybody think Luther Head has a shot in winning Rookie of the year?

I think he got the skills.

Nice win without Yao and T-Mac. Head looked good once again, and Swift still impresses me.

    From a sonics fan,

"Ryan Bowen may surpass Peeler as the ultimate Sonic killer."

    Hahaha.

didn't see much of the 2nd half. went out for awhile and i missed out on the 15 points that swift made :( i was really looking forward to his offense tonight :( but i'm happy for the win even though it's only a pre-season game :) GO ROCKETS!

Everything slows down in a chaosed environment. Against fast team, the Rockets just throw chaos to them.

Could be a TITANIC meaningless battle this Saturday as Stro returns to FedExForum.

Irrational exuberance. Unless he averages 30 mpg, he will never have a chance at the ROTY award. Of course, if you want to tank the season on purpose, that will be another story. :p

Yeah, it's incredibily unrealistic to consider Head in the running for ROY. He's just not going to get enough minutes. He'd have to beat out Anderson, Barry and Wesley at SG to stand any chance at being ROY though. He'd actually stand a better chance at 6th man of the Year, but considering those same savvy vets he'd have to beat out to become our starting SG, not to mention whichever powerforward becomes our backup and Mutumbo, it'll be hard for him to even become the 6th man. If he were able to earn that honor, I wouldn't expect it to happen before the last quarter of the season.

Nonetheless, it's great to see Head performing well in the preseason. I think we're all excited about Head.

The biggest surprise to me of the preseason is the play of Darko. Against Minnesota, he blocked 6 shots against KG (!!!) and was 10-12 from the FT line in 21 minute of PT. Against the Bucks, he scored 10 points along with 9 boards and 2 blocks in 18 min. It seems that more and more likely this kid is gonna break out this season and he has a chance to fulfill his advanced billing as the #2 pick in a nice draft that features some of the best young players in the league

Is there any pic of the game at all? I like to see that "Flyin" Ryan Bowen dunk.
