All because Tmac started playing harder, it opens up everything. I hope he is feeling better, dang I did not know he lost someone EVERY single year...that is HARD. He should take time if he needs it. DD
When T-Mac has his head on straight, there is NO ONE, and i mean NO ONE, who is as capable as he is in this league. it is frightening to see how talented that man is. I wish his mind would be right, we as Houstonians need to appreciate this guy's talent level b/c we will never come to see a player of that talent again.
Iverson ALWAYS plays hard, no matter what the score is, and no matter what the situation. Also, I'm worried about Yao's fatigue level when we start to get into this uptempo mood.... he clearly can't keep up, and we can't be two different styles of team at any given moment.
You are right in one respect. AI plays very hard every game, on offense that is. He is a terrible man-to-man defender in my opinion. Tim Legler has already pointed out 3 instances in this game alone where he scored and allowed alston to beat him down court for a layup or a foul.
I think this is the basketball JVG envisioned all along. T-Mac is still taking his jumpers, but with this mindset/attitude, he's making them. He's feeling it. All because he decided to get the bucket. T-Mac is a monster. Yao is a monster. We're going to crush the competition if they play like this nearly every game. Now, isn't this pretty? Just got to keep our defensive intensity up.
If they playing like this (3/15), we will be crushed every game. Nice to see our guys still in the game
One caveat, if you are NOT hot at the 3pt line you can move in a little bit or drive to the hole. You don't have to settle for a 3. DD
WTF is wrong with us, we can't make a single practice shot! This game would've been LONG over if we made a few shots in this game, if we lose, there will be nothing else to blame but our shooting woes.
