LOL. Seems like the only purpose of Steve-only-fans on this board now are to bash Yao at their every posts. :D

Why not just go to magic board and celebrate their win today. ;)

Yeah, he'll leave here and join the lakers where he'll become a perennial role player because Kobe won't let anyone take the spotlight away from him.

If you want Yao to succeed, you better hope he stays in houston. This is the only team willing to make Yao the focal point.

Does anyone know if Dalembert is hurt or not. I was surprised he didn't play tonight. Wondering if he is THAT much in the dog house.

Yao did a lotta of boxing out, especially the past 2 years. His "defensive" rebound would have been much higher if he had decided to do otherwise. Without Cato in the paint this year, Yao's defensive rebound has suffered simpily because he spent much time running around in JVG's defensive scheme.

What makes you think Yao could only be snatched up by the Fakers. The Warriors, among many others, will have no hesitation to steal Yao away and make him their focal point. What a moron.

As bad as we are it's still better to win than lose.
JVG is trying to get some kind of a combination that will work but he seems to be confused how to get the job done.

By the way, if you pay more attention, you'll also notice that Yao has his ball poked away by a second defender, usually a forward or pg, as he has his primary defender already boxed out.

Yao played well tonight, and he is getting much better at not jumping at every shot.

Yao's biggest problem is that he is trying too hard, he is missing shots he never misses....and his frustration is showing.

His rebounding is improving, and it was nice to see some calls go his way for a change.

Went to the game tonight. It was actually a pretty good crowd, at least in the cheap seats. People were yelling and screaming and all in all getting into a pretty ugly game aesthetically speaking.

Our role players are terrible shooters or at least were tonight. Padgett and Bowen should be starters though. Our problem is the wide open 15 footer.

Yao is not going anywhere. He will sign an extension with houston and stay with the rockets.

What is Les waiting for? This team is absolutely terrible, they show no sign of improvement. What makes people think JVG will suddenty be able to get these players to produce in his so-called system ?

JVG's system is like a broken record. It sucks and keeps on sucking.

    FIRE JVG!!
