ClutchFans Game Thread: Sixers @ Rockets 11/27/2015

In the 4th, it was for defensive purposes, although i hope it's the last time afteer that dub foul on a 3pt shooter.

Bev was in to hound Canaan. Ariza for Covington and Brewer for one of those long wing men of PHIL.

I must say Philly was well-coached, except for talent disparity. They kept adjusting their defense on our James-Dwight side pnr.

 

Why is it so difficult to Give Brewer's minutes to Thornton?

 

Hell, I'm pretty such McGrady is still good for an open jumper or 2....unlike half the team.

 

You wish this team was as good as the Mavericks

Might be interesting.
Thornton was shooting well when starting, but as soon as he was relegated to the bench, his shot disappeared.

The Rockets need to build leads, b/c the bench is just a big zero...

 

as mentioned by others the rockets were the better defensive team lastseason with jb even though thibs is defense first and had the better defensive minded players at his disposal.

76ers were playing small.

Dwight for some reason couldn't get the ball when Covington was guarding him.

Capela came in for a couple minutes and did a lot better as the small ball 5, but Dwight came in at the end to close.

 

Tmac would be the highest paid player like Harden during his prime.

He was a role player after he left the Rockets.

The Rockets won, be happy.

 

That would make sense. But, with the notable exception of Howard, our Defense has been atrocious. That's bigger than Harden.

 

i actually saw some positive changes and bright spots in the game, esp on offense. i need to see more to be convinced, though.

a win is a win. i'd take it any time. esp. after a 5-10 start.

harden had a great scoring game, but not a great all-around game. so that's that for the die-hard, "i-told-ya-so" harden fans. lol.

i see a lot of talent on that philly team, probably than what we have. they need good coaching and time to cumulate some experience.

 

I bet T-mac wouldn't foul a guy on a desperation heave from 3 while up 4 pts. Face it...this guy isn't even an NBA player anymore and our team would improve if he was to replace Brewer!

 

Even though they suck, a win, no matter how crappy or against who, can only help .

 

Harden has a near triple double.

Harden is like melo...a great scorer but hero ball will not win championships.

 

You really don't have to watch anything. They are not paying you any wages so just stop watching.

 

Covington had 8 steals..dayum

 

That's all you have when your teammates can't even make NBA caliber plays consistenly.
