Look I like Adleman, I think he is a great offensive coach. That being said he has lost 2 games in a row because he has kept this scrub Luther Head in the game. I mean he doesnt even shoot the 3 as good as he should! Brooks can penetrate, shoot just as good, and can make a freakin post entry pass! Also why did Rafer let every guard run by him tonight? He was playing like he found out he is going to be traded.

How many times Yao got the ball in 4Q?

It is all the fault of Adelman. The collapse starts at the end of third quarter. However, pt guards were still playing around at the 4th quarter. The coatch is useless.

    Head + Alston 13/37.

How many TOs in the 4th quarter?

How many 2nd chance points did the Philly get in the 4th quarter?

Why no Bonzi or Chuck in the 4th quarter after 16 pts lead?

    Why a lineup with Yao + 4 non-rebounders?

What is the need to play Alston and Head for 40+ mins.?

What is the need to play Head in final 10 minutes? The Rockets won more games with Brooks/Bonzi in the game for final 10 minutes than Head.

Rick Adelman and the Rockets suck donkey balls in this game.

how much more frustrating can it get? why can't this team just close out games well? It's starting to become more clear that we need T-mac back to give us some offense when it matters the most and when the opponent takes the ball out of Yao's hands. Again, it just looked like the team thought that they had already won when they got up with a double digit lead and didn't have the same energy the rest of the way. hopefully they can WAKE UP again when they're fighting an elite team like the Spurs and get some good practice in this mini-break

Rockets should not make the playoff. They just don't deserve it.

Uh, 37 points in one quarter. Is that good defense? Alston got schooled all night by Andre Miller, he couldn't run the offense and he turned the ball over. He should have been benched. Maybe next game he'll turn it on. Fine, he can play then.

Andre Miller picked us apart piece by piece there. Class work by him im afraid. And our guards can't defend him at all. If Mcgrady was in he would have picked up Miller.

To be fair, Yao really didn't touch the ball at all until the final 2 minutes and was understandably cold when he did finally get the rock. This is not to downplay the fact that Yao is very much the anti-clutch player. However, Alston and Head turned it over at least 4 times with pathetic, weak ass entry passes that turned into Sixers' layups. I mean what good are guards that can't shoot, can't pass, can't post-up a man who's 7'6" and can't play transition D? Worthless.

At least you can spell it. I'm just sick. I wonder if being a diehard Rockets fan is going to be the death of me. God, what an abomination of a 4th quarter. They should use that as an example on an instructional tape as to how NOT to play the game.

pretty much one thing i found out in this game.

Our backcourt guards lacks BB IQ.
The 4th quarter meltdown was started in the 3rd quarter. alston, head and brooks let miller pretty much beat us to death. we let them get to a close striking distance in the 3rd quarter.

In the 4 th quarter they started and pretty much every other team do it now. they started to front and play hard defense on Yao. with out guards panicing and don't know what to do, they started to passing the ball to each other looking to get the ball to yao. meaning turnovers...man i can't type anymore...so disappointed...

Don't worry: we only have to go 28-15 to hit 48 wins. Maybe that might get us to the playoffs.

    JK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Forget about the W's. We aren't making the playoffs.

Everyone here wants t-mac to save the day. Problem is, even with T-mac this season, we have alot games like today, completely meltdown in the 4th. T-mac is not solution as well, the team needs some trades to improve!

This loss, basically ends the playoffs hope! :(
