Let's see if Yao can get his first triple-double in his NBA career tonight.

If Wizards keep on making 8 out of every 11 3pt shots... I'll take the loss. Most of these shots are even contested... but that's Arenas for you. That guy is just a great player.

A good 1st half except TOs. They made 73% 3 pointers and only lead by 1.

Can you blame Rafer or Luther for not stopping Arenas? When the guy is on, he does this to everybody. He's unstoppable unless they double-team him on the perimeter.

Scorer, great scorer...he's pretty one-dimensional, but he's a great scorer.

We have the edge to pull out the win!
The warriors were making scary 8-11 3-pointers in the 1st half, which will not happen again in the second I bet!

we were actually missing defensive assignments in the 1st quarter, but the wiz were ice cold...led to some open 3s.

2nd quarter we did alot better but Arenas just went nuts on everyone. I think it's cause we stopped triple-teaming him.

Rox looks prety good now. Wiz 8-11 on 3s, but only led by 1 points. They cannot shoot that well the whole night on 3s, so I think the chance for a Rox win is bigger. :)

What's the worst it could happen if you put TMac on Arenas?

They won't. Rockets are playing pretty well tonight on the road. Both TMac and Yao are playing well offensively AND defensively. Yao is not in foul trouble either. I don't see any reason we would lose this game.

Reference back to the difference between Shanghai and CCTV...

Shanghai ads are much better. That Nike one with the cool bass sax freejam and Liu Xiang was nice.

Love how T-mac is getting the ball with a live dribble 10-16ft from the basket and either posting up/shooting over the top or going by his man. It seems to have be a trend that started last week and particularly emphasized tonite.

Regarding Juwon, while hes definitely no longer a good player, he has played very well tonite. All the posts complaining about him, while deserved in many games, is definitely not justified for his performance thus far tonite. The guy is shooting 3-6 with 6 boards and 8 points. Its not like hes 0-5 (vs minnesota) or grabbing zero rebounds or turning the ball over or playing matador defense.

Or Battier, I would leave McGrady on Butler and stick Battier on Arenas.

These games are when you miss having a third big guard like Snyder who can help out on Arenas. The key is not necessarily a great defender, but sticking a guy with more size/strength and long arms on a shooter like Arenas. It will bug him enough to slow him down considerably.
