    I have a theory, let's get rid of everyone except for WB and Harden and just get all defensive players.

    I feel like we can generate enough offense no matter who plays beside these two. There's no reason our d should be this bad.

    Harden had 34 points in the second half. This guy was going hard at the rim. Russ huge and 1 as well.

    Defense and especially the perimeter defense is putrid.If we get a legit 3:4 defensivedefender with length this will improve. Dare I say Trevor Ariza type

    Gordon shot like crap, but that 3 in the end gave us the lead by 1 and was huge. Hopefully that's a spark for him.

    I would see this a lot during Hate Watch 2017. Russ, when he was with OKC would always do something spectacular to either lose the game or win the game. More often than not, Russ would pull wins out of his ass. It was very frustrating when he was with OKC.

    Had he made his earlier 3s, they wouldnt have left him that wide open for the final one.

    Fear of the unknown is no reason to keep a coach that clearly can't manage half of the game.

    Honestly, I don't care who they bring in. I'd rather have McFail at this point. At least he understood what defense is supposed to accomplish.

    I think they play D as well as they can but on one on one... ppl just shoot over us and make everything.... making us look like we are not even trying... MDA just runs the small ball line up too much.... ima get ish for this but i want to see TV and CC on the court for a few.

    eg to me seems to be the worst for guarding bigs. They always pass it to whoever eg is guard or switch so eg must guard or switch to make tucker guard when hes center.

    Stop having a 6-5 SF play C and being your tallest defender on the court. That would help a ton. There is zero rim protection when he plays this **** lineup with EG guarding a big too

    Honestly if we can’t get a perimeter defender via trade I would be willing to give Brewer a shot. Sure he sucks at at shooting but he can defend and can run the floor

    I don't know if we allowed it or they just did it. They were shooting. Everyone was raising up. We obviously gotta tighten up our defense. Some good things, some bad things as usual.

    It’s not about fear of the unknown. Y’all can’t be yelling out to fire MDA but not even bring up any valid replacements. U don’t mean that about McFail bro. If we fire MDA, we’re most likely promoting someone to interim HC. I doubt they do better.

    Our defensive personnel is trash, and is a Turner really a good defensive assistant, or just the best we could manage to do after getting rid of Bzdelik?
