Travesty I tell ya

 

Nah, he is doing what is right for the franchise - now us as fans need to just enjoy the ride. None of us are in charge or know exactly what happened......not our place.

Oh sure we can think they didn't do what is right, but in the end, what we think, is meaningless in their decision making - they decided that it was a blip and to deal with it with a mild suspension.

OK, now our job should be to cheer them on and hope they learned....if not ....they will be gone soon enough, this year is a tank anyway.

I'm pissed right now that Mathews isn't starting. But those quitters Porter Jr and Wood are. Decisions like this make me question Silas. He should know the power of the Tate and Mathews combination. If we lose tonight, we know why.

 

It would be funny if he took his jersey off threw it in the stands at halftime and left the building

I don’t appreciate players who quit.

What did you expect? For me to line up and give Porter & Wood back rubs? THEY QUIT! It will take time before I appreciate them again, if ever.

Too much lack of accountability. Sad that you would just accept poor behavior.

 

30 years ago Anthony Mason was a promising young player in an relatively unknown Istanbul team, Anadolu Efes (Efes Pilsen then). He did something strange in the locker room ( getting a knife between his teeth) and immediately sacked. From that day it was clear that Efes would be decent/solid team afterwards.

Efes is the finalist of the last two seasons and the reigning champion.

Wood and KPJ starting today and you can easily understand that something institutionally wrong in Rockets.

Hope I am wrong not the Rockets organization.

 

What is this a professional basketball team or a Boys & Girls club? Who does Silas think he is? Coach Carter?

Wood, I agree, he quit, but I don't think he is around much longer - that was all about TMac and Harden right? - they quit, and I was done with both. They quit.

KPJ didn't quit, and he has mental health issues, and deserves some leeway for that - he was told he wasn't going to play the 2nd half, after his outbreak, and he left.

That is NOT quitting that is a kid showing frustration.

Now Wood, well Captain first - I agree with you, but as I said, he is gone soon anyway.

I do like how you are so passionate, it is nice to see you posting your own opinions......you go boy!!! Or, are you just agreeing with my old ones? LOL....jk

One more thing I would not have started them.....either....they would have to earn that back, but that is me.....and again, I am not in charge.
