This was a great win.. doesnt matter at this moment if it was pretty or not a win is a win. The West is becoming so tight right now any win we get now is helpful.

Im just happy the Rox won and Yao had a strong outing.. Im hoping the Rox can carry some of this momentum with them into Boston tom. night a get some revenge.

Go Yao! Go Rox! Go Super Duper Backup Bench Brigade!

Yes, I watched the ROCKETS game, being that I am a fan of the team. I'm trying to tell you that you, who was watching the Yao Ming game, have based your assesment of Blake on one game. Maybe if you weren't so busy whacking it to dreams about Yao playing in San Antonio, you might take the time to look up Blake's game log and also notice that he hasn't cracked the starting lineup of a sorry ass team. BTW, please, as funny as we find it, stop saying you are a fan of the team every time before you rattle off a post about how great it would be for Yao to play elsewhere. You may think that line covers up your obvious Yao Only leanings, but it's as thin and transparent as wet rice paper.

If Cato can knock down those open jumpers, Rox is going to be good. Cato has been playing well lately. He's picked up his offense, man I thought I would never see him make jumpers. Just dont try turn around, that might be still too difficult for him. :D
Cate 6 for 7.

Yeah, he made a big layup, very nice.
I would like to see him hesitate less when he has open look. Passed up several good looks, and hesitated when he shot. He needs more PT. If pike is not making the shots, why not let Boki share the minutes with him. Boki brings energy

Are you hinting anything by using "Wet rice paper"?

You are the one that is hinting. Go to a store, buy some rice paper, drop a sheet in a bowl of water and then have fun trying to find it.

I was following the game on ESPN gamecast and at the end of the game it appeared that our line up was:

    Francis
    Mobley
    Jackson
    Nachbar
    Taylor

Was that correct? Sometime gamecast seems to get who is in and who is out confused.

3rd quarter of last night was the best I’ve seen Yao play all season. He looked aggressive every time he got the ball. He didn’t wait for the double team. He didn’t look to set up his teammates. He just made a move immediately.

He got great position, he took no more than two dribbles, and he shot. He finally made things easy for himself instead of making it more difficult. That’s what I want to see more of. Less waiting to see what the defense does. Less getting the ball 15 feet away from the basket and having to dribble his way closer.

The biggest observation I have from being at the game, that you couldn't get from watching it on TV, is that the Washington fans do not like Kwame Brown at all. Literally everyone cringed when he got the ball. They begged for him not to make a move.
