Reggie mad because he never won a chip

 

Stupid post. What more can he do? Is it his fault Eric Gordon is in full r****d mode? Is it his fault we have missed 12 point blank layups netting a loss of 24 points? Is it his fault we are not boxing out?

 

Our D is working somewhat. But our O desperately needs some resuscitating. Warriors aren't going to miss forever, and their confidence isn't going to falter as long as our O is stagnating.

 

If we win tonight, we will win the series.

I’m like meh about this 11 point deficit. Doesn’t feel insurmountable.

But the stupid play and lack of focus....that’ll be their undoing. Take things for granted, this is what happens....

 

I know they haven't played that well so far - and they've also been on the end of some blatant missed calls.

BUT - I have a feeling they will come out after the half and make this a contest.

 

Harden has the worst stamina ever. You can tell he's already tired as ****.

We actually beat ourselves in that 1st half, missed free throws, missed layups, sloppy turnovers & players not boxing out.

 

Well I cant imagine playing any worse on offense. The problem is that the Warriors played pretty bad on offense too and they are up 11.

 

Game is right there for the taking but the Rockets aren't mentally sharp on offense. Leaving too many points on the table and turning it over too much.

 

Main take away...make our layups...

Right. The Warriors are playing a pretty bad game and are up 11.

The Rockets having combined bad play with terrible officiating. If they don't get Paul or Harden to take this game back over we're going to be blown out in the 2nd half.

 

Man Clint makes such a difference by just having him in there. They are definitely trying to take the alley oop away, so they don't challenge which is what let's us make lay ups. The moment Capela sits, they are able to challenge. I hope Mike D doesn't stick as long to the small ball line up in the second half.

Eric also needs to wake the F up. That was as bad off half as he could of had.

 

The reasons we are down are more to do with hustle and concentration than anything in particular the Warriors are doing. I think that’s encouraging because it’s fixable. Saying this game is over at halftime is just dumb.

 

After 3 days off I don't even now why you take Harden out in the first qtr.. It's now or never..

 

If we hit half our missed layups we would be up. Dont know what to attribute it to, but Rox really gotta come out in the second half with a laser focus and finish at the rim. Also gotta hope GS continues to struggle from three...

 

This is how they are playing us and the refs aren't calling it.

 

So the media is wrong? There was no ball movement in game one

 

The Warriors have been missing alot of shots so Rox need to come out strong before they start falling

 

So many makeable shots tonight.

We could easily be winning this.

 

Gs is shooting like garbage but we are down by 13. Too many missed layups, too much lackadaisical defense and way too much stationary dribbling.

Harden is so ******* awful as a team defender and not much better as an individual defender. I can’t imagine how his teammates feel about this because when he’s really off, it’s like we’re playing 4 defenders on 5. All you have to do is have his man move around a bit and he loses track of the ball (or vice versa).

One of the ugliest halves of basketball we’ve played all season.
