    It's a win win situation as a fan and a gambler. I would feel dirty picking gsw over my rockets just to win a dollar for every 8 dollars on Gsw.

    you don't know about gambling. smart money isn't on GS. there is no value betting GS with -800 odds. if you do bet GS, "smart" gamblers would be more inclined to bet exact series outcome which gives better odds. the rockets is a good bet and worth the value with small risk.

    Not too optimistic at this point, but who cares, I am proud of the squad for how they came back last series and am just along for the ride now.

    They're a finesse team that tries to play with an edge but they can be pushed around. Reminds me of the mid 2000 Suns. Mostly because they won't make it to the Finals.

    They lost at home to Memphis in the last round so they're obviously beatable. Many in the media have done a great job hyping these Warriors up as some unbeatable team but teams like these lose all the damn time. History is littered with supposed great teams that got punked before they ever won anything. The Rockets just have to show up and punch them in the mouth right off the tip, let them know it's going to be a long ass series.

    Let me also say, in 95 it seemed everyone always picked against us in every single round. We couldn't beat Malone and Stockton without home court and then we did. We couldn't beat Barkley and KJ without homecourt and then we did. We couldnt beat the MVP David Robinson and his great Spurs team without homecourt and then we did. Finally, Shaq and Penny were going to sweep us in the Finals and then we swept their asses. You just have to believe in your team. Always helps to have the Dream suiting up though. Ha

    If you guys want some laughs, go check out Golden State of Mind forums. Golden State fans are pretty delusional, holding on to that 4-0 regular season sweep. We all know which Rockets were on that team. Respect has been given to Josh Smith for that Smith-Green matchup.

    I want the Rockets to shut these fools up so bad.

    I actually think it's quite freeing to be 10-point underdogs tonight. Just go out there and enjoy it. If you win everyone loses their minds. If you lose no one cares.
