Yao got mad because of the no-call. That's why he didn't give up on that "and-1."

Crunch Time! Show us what you got! One minute left, six points to make up. Who can hit some threes!?

Why couldn't this team come out with this sense of urgency at the start of the game!? I don't understand that, this is just a waste of time. There is no reason the Rockets shouldn't come out looking for blood against the Clippers but of course they'll fall way behind again and then be forced to play comeback. Hopefully they have better luck in Los Angeles.

thank goodness, get that spineless oaf outta there!!! he is the most heartless of them all. All you speak of him "getting mad" and then playing a certain way. He NEEDS to play "that way" from tip off to freakin finish!!! If i was JVG i would bench him the clippers game, the entire game. Lets see how "mad" he gets after that.

    This is just sad.

    Sad, sad, sad...

I can't believe that we may very well be going to the lottery again. There must be some type of hex here.

A case of too little too late. I won't be surprised if the Clippers thrash us.

Today I see the death of a YOF, I will still watch Rockets and Yao's game, I will still cheer for their victory. But I will never be the YOF as I used to be. He is not my hero anymore. When the team and fans need him to dunk the ball, he chose lottery jumper. He can still be a good player in future, but he is not my hero.

Mo's lack of agility is killing us in the middle. He is a step slow on every play!

This is just beyond pathetic; there must be another word for it. Will the Rockets win another game before the season is over? You have to be a died in the wool "moon-beamer" not to have serious doubts. :(

Yao probably did better against Dampier.

His inconsistency is now hurting the team big-time. Its almost like we rely too much on him.... and if he's off, forget about winning.

Oh how I long for the days when plays were called for Francis and Mobely while we were clammoring that Yao should get more touches. At least then, we had the "possibility" of how great the Rockets would be in a Yao-oriented offense.

Right now, if Yao doesn't have the energy...this team is toast. 15 points and 8 rebounds against an inferior front line... and there wasn't even much double teaming???

    awful.
