I hate that we got the 2 seed and we performed like this. Houston sports is a gimmick man. Cougars, Texans... Astros actually won a couple championships recently but even when we win why do we lose the way we did to the Nationals... the lost to the Braves I can understand. Rockets just disappeared and disappointed unfortunately... no luck, no hope just doom and gloom.

Jalen is so mentally fragile he's even choking on these. FVV has been hitting them. Udoka really sucks at the small things. I also would've left Adams in until the Warriors got us into the bonus when they started hacking him. Udoka took him out way too early. Actually I still would've left him in because sitting him is relenting and caving in to what Kerr wanted.

I think your expectations are way too high for a mostly rookie team going into their first playoff series. We haven't been in the playoffs since the Harden era so just enjoy the ride. This team was never going to win the championship in year one. Amen, Sengun, Jalen, Jabari, Tari have never been in a playoff series before. This is a great learning experience for our young core.

No team won the championship the first year they got together in recent memory other than KD to GSW which had already won prior. Even when Lebron went to Miami they lost their first year. Just relax and enjoy my dude.

I kept seeing Alpi's awkward 16-foot jump hook / shot put thing with Draymond in his grill. Ugh. I was like "what? seriously? NO" and kept seeing it when trying to sleep.

The NBA season like the MLB season is bordering on being meaningless when you have #2 seeded teams like the Rockets being embarrassed by a #7 team or #3 team getting embarrassed by a #6 team.

I still cannot believe that we lost by fouling on a 3 and missing 12 FTs.

I used to let game loss frustration bleed over to the next morning, but have gotten rid of that for the most part.

Last night is 1 of 2 games that I couldn't let go of after sleep this season lol. The other was being up 4 on the Nets with seconds left and losing because of 3, turnover, 3 within a few seconds.

This was ours to take... just sitting right there... FVV making shots, Curry not going wild, but JG didn't show up again and Warriors outscored us in the 4th for the 4th time in 4 games.

    This one hurt.

    Reasons we are down 3-1...

Jalen Green being hot garbage for 3 of the 4 games
Amen being meh the entire series
    Alpy getting the yips
Udoka getting rotationally stubborn and not using his deep and talented bench to his advantage

Despite all of that junk, if they just shot a respectable free throw percentage as a team, this would be 2-2 or possibly even 3-1 in our favor. It just shows how much better the Rockets are than GS.

This isn't getting beat by a better team...this is a bona fide choke job we are witnessing, and on the heels of the Cougars national title game, I'm not doing well with all this ****.

Yea, I am pretty pissed that I stayed up to watch that garbage. I am going to feel it today while working but oh well. Yes, expectations should be tempered a little bit due to our youth, so I was really hoping to see the Rockets to get to at least the 2nd round of the playoffs. But you can't expect any team to win a playoff series when they miss that many free throws. The Brooks foul at the end against Jimmy Butler was unfortunate, but damn man, just hit about 70% of your free throws and this series is tied! That is what frustrates me the most. I see us winning Game 5 in Houston but it is going to be so hard to win 3 straight against these f*ckers. I mean we really got screwed when we drew Golden State, but don't worry if they hold on and eliminate us, they won't be in the playoffs much longer as I see the T-Wolves taking them out pretty easily and that will bring me great joy.

For the love of God, I hope our guys will do whatever it takes to prevent Golden State from closing us out on our damn homefloor!

Have to be fair the cougars had a lot of players who had years of college basketball experience. Our young core has literally had no playoff experience prior to this series. So I don't think its fair to call it a choke when we have never been there before.

Jalen needs to go in my opinion. These last few performances just confirms it.

It is either 12 missed FTs or 27 missed threes........live and die by extremes.

Scottie Pippen was right when he said the pressure to really win isn't in Houston. The mentality is really not set in strong enough. I have respect for Tillman and Ime. I still believe it can get there. As of now it's still too much acceptance of we have time and moral development crap. Tomorrow isnt promised. Even I only wanted to see them advance out of the 1st round this year... but to lose in the playoffs to this organization (Warriors) this many times in a short time span is unacceptable in my opinion. Looking at these games, it's choking. Chocking it up to youth ok... but most youth teams don't come in as a 2 seed. Again, I hate they got the 2 seed. I want to see the Rockets as a stronger franchise that doesnt accept just getting owned like that... its not even a rivalry when you never win. That's just me, you can agree to disagree it is what it is.

It was the Nats destiny to win that year. What a run. That’s the best sports moment I’ve had as fan. I was starting that think id never see one of my teams win achampionship after the Chris Paul situation

That’s just life in the Western conference. It’s not there was a gaping difference in win total between us either.

Ime is way WAY too stubborn about this rotation.

We do not have dependable enough players to only rely on the same 8 guys.

    Tate
    Holiday
    Cam
    Sheppard
    Jeff Green

Thats our depth and we're wasting the bench on Ime's stubbornness. I think he's an outstanding coach, but our offense isn't good enough or consistent enough to do this.

Agreed, we may have earned our seed, but its not like we were wildly better than anyone, and had GSW been this roster the entire season then they go into the playoffs with homecourt.

They're not in Golden State prime anymore, but they're formidable and not a true 7th seed.

I think Jalen needs to toughen the **** up.

I was wrong, in the end they combined for 33 points but lost. I wasn't expecting Fred to get 25 points and Jalen only 8 points. I thought more like Jalen would get 20-25 and Fred 10-15.

**** that was a disappointing ending. Make free throws, Sengun stop shooting short on close shots like you are scared of being blocked or something, Jalen stop the useless turnovers off dribbling. Where is high intensity Amen? Even Tari seems subdued. Dillion stop fouling so much.

I hate that the Rockets are losing to this team again.

Anyways if the Rockets are going to lose this series, at least do it at home. Cause I know those warrior boys will talk up more **** in their house.
