He was also instrumental in Denver's run to the championship off the bench, with key plays here and there.

He is a high IQ player, and that is paramount for this team.

I have absolutely no idea how he didn't get spot minutes to this point.

They've definitely held onto him for too long and lost a lot of the return.

Which was always going to be the case after he got absolutely exposed in the playoffs.

I hate that this was obvious to a no name like downtown sniper and others, but isn't obvious to the idiots in the front office who hindered this team drastically moving forward by keeping him this long when he's done nothing but prove he ain't him.

Nah Alpi had 5 TO game 1 and Amen has had 4 TOs in 2 games also… Ime holds JG to a way tighter leash while not making nothing easy for him … JG knows he doesn’t get many foul calls so his drives end up looking wreakless in crowded paint and he still gets benched

the same Herro that lost by 49 today? The same Booker that with KD and Beal didn’t make playoffs?

The issue is we have no offensive system and we don’t make nothing easier on nobody - we don’t play to our players strength - Brooks and JG shoot 40% on catch and shoot 3s … Bari is another one of our best 3pt shooters and we can’t manage to get them half the 3pt looks GS is getting

Ime likes Bully ball and that’s great if Alpi was making his hooks/shotput/bunnies … or if Rockets could shoot FTs…GS didn’t even challenge a play once cause it was Alpi going to line and he then clanked both FTs

As you know, I disagree with you on the Jalen Green fraud thing--BUT my borderline delusional outlook towards him being a true all-star one day is waning right now (though I'm sure it'll be back in full force when he has a great game again). That's why i like the playoffs, though--you don't get any excuses, flaws come to light, and the end result will always have you asking tough questions about where the team goes from here. You're right on Alpi not having the most "consistent" night. But we also have to help him on the offensive end too. Fred did...Jalen didn't, Jabari tbd and Amen is hard to play with Alpi right now.

It's really frustrating, but compared to the Harden years, I guess it's really nothing. I just don't want to lose to the Warriors--which is why I'm gonna say ROCKETS IN 7!

The issue is the offensive SYSTEM as you state. There is none.We play 3 on 5 offensively. We are NOT kicking the ball out to a shooter on the wing normally as you point out. It is dribble, dribble pass off inside 10 or less on the shot clock or inside to Alpy for an 8 ft. or less shot. The wing defender can cheat towards the middle because they know the ball is NOT going to be kicked out.

When it goes inside,it's not coming out no matter how open the wing shooter is. It is an EASY offense to defend. We aren't going to get half the 3 pt.looks GS gets because we aren't going to share the ball. We don't even have an inside out offense. And, unfortunately ...until we do we won't hit the heights we all want to hit. The truth is I'm not sure if the players slow the system down or does the SYSTEM slow the players down ? We need better shooting but if you aren't going to share the ball, how much does it matter ?

We were 11/23 from 3...with FVV making 8/12 of those. We KNOW that FVV's shots were set and shoot 3's (top of the 3 pt. line)..otherwise, there were 11 other 3's attempted and 3 made of those 11. FIVE players took those 11 other 3 pt. shots. with JG shooting 5.

    Jalen Green:
    G1: 7 pts
    G2: 38 pts
    G3: 9 pts
    G4: 8 pts

Cam could easily score better than this.

I feel like we have to get dirty for G5.

We play hard. We play physical. But we play fair.

Throw that out the window. The Warriors have and that's why they're winning. They're winning the physicality battle on the court while maintaining the narrative that they play the right way, but at the same time, they play dirty as hell.

So **** it, embrace the Rockets are dirty narrative and play dirty. Undercut Curry. Put Jimmy on his broken ass. Someone finally knock Draymond out. And Steve, I love you man but grow some ****ing balls and stop being such a good cunt on the court. Break someone in half like we all know you can.

Everybody wants to trade Jalen but I doubt any team wants him after such miserable performance this series.

Can anyone explain to me why players going flying after running into a Rockets pick is 100% always a foul, but when it happens the other way it's always a no call?

Draymond out here laying bumps that would get you suspended for head high contact in the AFL but apparently it's not a foul in the NBA

    Someone help me understand

Tell me why Podziemski could get 26 pts while Jalen only with 8 pts?

because udoka is a low IQ coach

shortsighted, stubborn, rigid, smug, and just not very bright

meanwhile his counterpart has tried everything possible to squeeze out their wins including guys we've never even heard of santos, trace, spencer, 2way quintin etc

jeff green, holiday, and whitmore have WON us games this season and udoka refuses to play them even when some of the guys he does have on the floor are struggling mightily

The inconsistency from Jalen green reminds me of someone who should be a Jamal Crawford or Lou Williams 6 man type of player.

When they show up it’s a nice surprise but you can never trust them to be your star. Jalen Green has had these up and downs his entire career and we can’t win a championship building around him. He doesn’t have the killer mindset. That can’t be taught.

Yes. They are all much better players than Jalen Green. The Miami Heat and Phoenix Suns just have much worse supporting casts. Good players can play on bad teams.

Maybe Jalen improves greatly over the next two seasons but it's unlikely he'll ever be better than the 3 players I mentioned. If we had any of those 3 instead of JG, we'd be up 3-1.

Alpi needs to stop talking to the ball at the FT line because he is in Shaq territory at the FT line. Deserve to lose games when you can't hit FTs night in and night out. We had the chance to get Jimmeh, how about them Heat?!? Playoff player perform, no fluke he didn't miss FTs. Steven Adams underplayed, I'm sure Kerr would of used him wisely.
