ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Warriors 4/27/2016 (Playoffs Round 1, Game 5)

Whole team has been looking forward to a long vacation and they expect fans to cheer for them.

 

I'm not sure what to think.

This team loves being the bipolar child of the NBA. It's a coin-flip for tonight, in my opinion.

I never mind some fight, so if they take it back to Houston, so be it.

Ending the season doesn't mean the changes come any sooner. It just means that we'll be watching the playoffs without our guys. Personally, I'd rather see some red rather than none at all.

Dare I say it...but Rockets by 5.

The saddest part of those two tweets is that they are spot on.

This team just decides when and where to play.

 

JB, there is no panic because the team doesn't care anymore. These guys are just going through the motions until they can start their vacations and get the hell away from each other.

 

If you let them hit another 20+ three pointers, then no way in hell are you winning this game.

Man, you b****es don't deserve an NBA fanbase. I know the team has been very disappointing but y'all need to raise up and have some pride. Rockets will win this game. Man...p***y generation I tell ya.

I am about to add BJ to the list of delusional. Long list of them already here in the GARM

 

I don't understand the concept of 'deserving' a franchise. We don't get paid millions to throw a ball in a hoop. In fact WE PAY THEM with our fandom. You have your rationality on this matter completely reversed.

 

We need another players only meeting.

It happened before they left Houston.

Harden gathered the team to V-Live for a meeting.

Howard got the wrong address. He ended up somewhere on Montrose with Sam Dekker.

 

The team is shooting 29% from three for the series (32/110).

Until they solve the paradox that they are a team who's entire system is based on the 3 point shot but they suck at shooting it; I don't want to hear be optimistic.

 

You'd expect this media s***show to come tomorrow rather than yesterday. I'm interested in how the team will respond but not expecting much.
