analytics isn't a style that you fit personnel to. it's just numbers saying what's optimal for whatever you have. saying you should shoot 3's instead of long 2's doesn't depend on having great 3 point shooters, it's just usually correct math, unless you have exceptional midrange shooters like a bosh or aldridge.

maybe we should build our team differently, but only because half the guys who were somewhat talented last year have no talent this year and most of them don't seem to get along. saying analytics don't work when the spurs and warriors and mavs and a bunch of other teams people think know what they are doing also use analytics doesn't mean much. plenty of teams before analytics were completely garbage and had chemistry issues as well.

Exactly. I mean, I know we all love to hope for the best but the regular season showed us a more gentle version of the obvious truth.

So hard to watch this stuff. :(

Man, this team is embarrassing, they got all their shots and still got embarassed by GS. I guarantee these players will brush off this game thinking "GS took care of home court and we have too as well." Dwight, not even professional.

Why get another pick that will end up down here in the RGV playing for the Vipers. At least the young guns can get some playoff experience, even just by watching.

I'd like to think the Rockets would come out with some pride at home, but given the history of this team, I don't think they will. If they don't play Steph again, we should win game 3, but probably won't

Yup and with his declining athleticism he really has no recourse to guys like bogut and Adams . They've owned him the last couple of years . Dwight is done . It's just so frustrating becuase you can clearly see that strecthes of good play are there for the team . Usually when Dmo or Clint is on the floor . The ball just moves more. When Clint is in at center he is better defensively now . Clint is just lacking a bit of strength on offense .

Could've used that pick as an asset in a trade.

    Coaching staff overhaul.

Get one that makes harden plays defense and off ball.

This team has been ugly and painful to watch the entire season. Time to Rockets Detox. Goodbye Rockets.

Harden could get blown out by 60 and he'll still do the same **** and be at v live afterwards.
