    Yeah. It's not inept. It's just that he comes from a line of coaching that is "everybody rebound" or "move the ball more". Yeah those things need to be done. But it's not coaching.

    Coaching is having a plan. How to defend pick and rolls. To gang rebound from the get go. Understanding match ups. Having plays and plays off plays off plays.

    They dont have that.
