ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Warriors 3/21/2008

Now it is a bog challange for us. We need to start and finish strong, we gotta play defense and make shoots offensivly. We can't let them take a lead now, we need to play really hard. Come on Rockets, we can win it.

 

Unquestionably, Yao is the worst officiated player in the game, and we must continue to complain about it. That is what fans do.

 

scola has got to defend better? that last double team was the worst double team i ever saw.

and tmac has to stay aggressive.

and PLEASE rafer, check yoself. i guess chris paul has gotten into his head and now rafer wants to prove he isn't riding nobody's coattails

 

But I am watching 76-333 which is supposedly an HD channel.

 

A couple of plays that I am willing to bet money on that if it were LeBron or Kobe instead of T-Mac, it would have been a foul everytime:

-T-Mac is under the basket, gives the defender a little bumper, makes the shot and is tripped while making the shot. T-Mac falls on the ground and there is no foul called.

-The other play is when T-Mac went up and it looked like Harrington bumped him, but T-Mac still got his own rebound and was then blocked/fouled by Beidris.

I don't mind the refs not calling a foul and letting it get a little tough down low, but make if fair. On the other end (beginning of 2nd I believe) when we were up 1, Ellis drove in on 3 Rocket players and made a tear drop + and 1 on Hayes. But the replay clearly should that there was absolutely no contact down low and Ellis just split the defenders. You have to try to even the game out if you don't want to call fouls!

 

i hated the refs since that dallas series.

 

boohoo... this isn't baseball, basketball is some what a physical sport. And the call with Yao/Howard could have went either way... Refs are human, I probably would have made that call against Yao if I seen it from the Refs view.

 

if we can outrebound them, we should be fine.

 

No use dewelling over fouls that should of been called. Most fans feel their team is the worst officiated.

 

in tha last 2 game, we've basically lost controll of tha game in tha 3 rd quarter. now we have to come out agressive and control tha tempo, and keep playin good defense and make our shots.

 

Then why complain about McGrady not getting calls?
