    sometimes u so bias . .
    Yao's problems are being foul
    but the mugging Steve took . . .well that is juts steve
    being a bad player

    I guess I saw it coming although I wish I were wrong. Dampier played Yao about as tough as I've ever seen. I know most of his shots were in and out, but it being bothered by the defender does that.

    Yao should communicate more with his team and be honest about not being able to score against a defender or defense so that the team can adjust earlier. I thought he was being pushed by Dampier on almost every shot, but since the refs weren't calling it, we should have adjusted after the 1st quarter.

    yeah, I think this was the ugliest rockets game I've ever seen... what a way to spend a friday night.

    So Yao misses a few shots he normally makes, gets mugged everytime he touches the ball, and you want him to just stop getting the ball? Is that what you are implying?

    I don't really understand what your point is.

    It was clear the refs weren't going to call what Dampier was doing a foul. It was also clear under those circumstances Yao wasn't going to start making shots. We should have adjusted, i.e. run him around some screens, hit him on the pick and roll, more of Weatherspoon on the block, heck even the iso for Steve or Cat. Why keep giving him the ball in the post when it isn't working? He was neither getting calls or making shots.
