What we saw today was the difference between championship teams and teams that are just there...

Miami was in a similar position this year against the GSW only to have Lebron lead us into Allstar break with one of his clutchest shots ever...

This time, the Beard had a sick 2 points...to give the Rockets the lead...only to see it taken away on such a bad defensive possession...Allowing curry free reign right to the rim...with a foul to give.

This comes with situational knowledge and experience. The Rockets played really hard tonight even when their shots werent falling, but championship teams find ways to win games they are not supposed to...the Rockets arent there yet...but they are darn close.

PS. The refs tonight were garbage...dont let the stats fool you. The fouls they called on Omer and Howard were ridiculous. Finally just for everyone's info: The line for the game was +1.5(Favoring Houston) and GSW covered...And Parsons get you some Air mike's...you got stuffed by a old timer at the rim...

Officiating was suspect both ways. While Dwight and Omer got some calls that were not fouls, Howard was also moving on screens, Beverly was getting away with plenty of hand checking and Parsons would sometimes put two hands on Lees back.

We lost, just move on to the next. Can't win them all.

Exactly. This is Howard and Harden team. The offense doesn't run through Jeremy.

the guy had 20 ****ing rebounds....!!!!
The guy has been playing like a max player throughout the 8 wins stretch, you can blame him for one loss and one bad game.

There was one play where he passed with like 5-6 seconds left, that was the play he fell down. He could have Passed to a (more) open Parsons at the top of the key.

You obviously didn't watch the game. Curry was on Bev, Thompson on Harden and Iggy on Lin at the end.

Y was/is Casspi gettin more than 10 minutes? If we had DMO playin instead of him, we would of won this game, but on the flip side, didnt expect us to sweep this road trip, we can still be 4-1

Really? Without Harden 39 points, we get blown out.

It's Lin's fault because he wasn't jacking shots. Instead, he allowed his teammates to jack up shots.

Tough loss, but we'll bounce back like we have always done. But people really need to calm down... Nah don't have to calm down, but do it on your own without internet access pls. No need to come rage on the internet about it. Go call a friend if you need to.

Also doesnt help that Mark Jackson put Iggy, one of the best defenders in the league on Jeremy Lin. There is a reason they put Iggy on Lin. Jeremy would get handed the ball in the corner with the best perimeter defender with length gaurding him. Also didnt help that the Rockets couldn't execute any kind of plays in the end.

Parsons got blocked at rim. Thats was the game.

Why is everyone hating on Casspi? He had 5 sec so you need to get a good look at a three not dribble from the base line to the three line...and the Ws covered well...

I'm referring to a Steve Blake scenario where we trade parsons for Rondo and Rondo gets thrown into the game like S. Blake.

We get blown out in that scenario. Later down the line after more games and practice - I don't know.......

Did you even read my comment? I said Lin's game left much to be desired. I acknowledge that he was a nonfactor in the game. The benefit I took from it was that he didn't do anything "Lin-ish" to lose us the game with mind blowing TO's.

Stars are stars for a reason. When the game is close, with the shot-clock winding down, I want the ball in the hands of the guy I gave a max contract to, no questions asked. They hold the most talent to influence winning and losing, and therefore hold the brunt of the accolades or the criticism.
