Rockets really step it up on defense at the end of the half! Battier, especially!!

Man, I wish Battier could give us these results every night. These are the intangibles I LOVE to see!

C-Bud's air ball just reminds me..
Is it difficult to shoot 3 from the corner?
I always have hard time shooting from the 0°corner.
    Depth perception?

Four blocks, two charges in a row on the Warriors' star player? Battier is definitely on his game tonight.

I used to have airballs every time from the corner too...

but budinger is just having a terrible run.......put jermaine taylor in!!!

most nba guys have much more success shooting from the corner

IDK if anyone is listening to the Golden State TV guys. They are miffed with Shane Battier. They are calling his defensive style "immoral" and they've said "he's body-hunting for fouls." Sorry, but what you are seeing is pure IQ, (finally) in action. This is the Battier I want to see every night, not the gimpy one of late.

wow. that last block by battier was awesome. he is taking pleasure in taking it to these warriors tonight.

cbud was playing so well he lost his focus i guess with those airballs. he'll get it back in the second.

serious, these announcers really love our rockets. seems like they want the warriors to learn something from us or something... warriors are a classic team that could use a few of the "intangibles" our club brings to the court.

When Ariza and Budinger miss, they miss badly. And that feeds into the opposing team's transition offense, so its a double whammy.

That's why I think Chase's best asset right now is his athleticism in the open floor.....he's always leading on the fast break but Lowry is the only one is willing to pass to him.

Ariza doesn't even have to shoot to ruin our offensive rhythm . He should NOT run set plays or ISO somebody OR use pick and rolls outside of 25 feet with 10 seconds left on the clock!.......etc...etc....etc.......
