Very nice pass by T-MAc out of the double team to Yao, very effecient offensive game by our two stars, hope this keeps up in the second half. We need to press them and build up the lead, because if we let up they will get energized and will fight their way back. Let's squash them and get ready for the Sonics...

T-Mac has done a beautiful job of setting up his teammates.

Yao's numbers are almost identical to his game averages.

Besides the first half of the spurs game, this is arguably the best yao has looked all year. lets hope he continues it on for the second half.

You bet JVG know that, I bet the next trade is to get a veteran point guard.

2nd half could come as a shock. 5 to 7 more 3-pointers from GS wouldn't be beyond them.

Man, I am hating this game. We should be up 15.

We played without a lot of energy, yet we're leading. We have to play harder in the second half

On a side note, the Clippers just lost to the Hornets

Seriously, the Hornets are NOT a bad team, they're not that far off from a middle-of-the-pack team if they can keep their young talent for a change.

Bigger update is that the Lakers just blew out Memphis.

great first half...If we always played like this, we'd be in 1st place...or at least over .500

I dont' get it. Why ESPN show that play (Davis Dunk after stole the ball from Yao) again and again? Are they against Rockets? or against Yao?

Over .500? Yes. Competitive enough to be a top tier team? No. Our energy level isn't great despite the lead, we're just being effecient on offense and not forcing the action, while taking advantage of GSW's pourus defense.

On a sidenote, If I hear "grind it out" from one more commentator, I will bit**-slap someone.

As expected, the GSW will get 3s-happy and will catch us. We HAVE to blow it up right now, stop relaxing guys, let's keep the crowd out of it.

EDIT: now a 10-0 run?

    Definitely, absolutely, unequivocally against Yao.

We simply cannot keep starting Bowen, Wesley, and Howard out there to begin each half. It's killing us.

They get a kick out of it, just like they get a kick out of repeatedly saying "grind it out basketball" to expose themselves as the tools they are.
