    Good post.

They have so many talented NBA rotation players
    Big star in Curry
semi stars in Bogut, Thompson, Lee, Igoudala
good rotation player in Green, Barnes (both have potential for more)
guys who get hot in Speights/ Livingstone
Then useful situational guys like Rush or Ezeli or Barbosa

Not much crap on the roster for them.

    However...!

What was with all the no-calls, especially in the 4th? Harden's 3(s?), multiple drives to the basket? That crap was annoying.

Duh because we would destroy the Warriors at full strength. That's obvious

Some of those entry passes were awful, and the only time down the stretch Dmo got the ball in the post Green foul him, and instead of coming right back to Dmo, they went away, he could have easily make Green foul out, the guy have not business defending Dmo in the post.

Same here. We are only playing 8 guys. This was a close game until the end and we did not rest the starters at all. We will be gassed tomorrow and we should probably play capela and daniels.

Welp, valiant effort from the Rockets tonight, just ran out of gas there at the end. Injuries are starting to take a toll, tough back to back coming up even without Cousins. Not having many bodies means heavy minutes and tired legs. Unfortunately, James Harden who had a hell of a game, couldn't beat the Warriors by himself.

DMo with a decent game, got a lot of shots, but was disappointed to see him struggle to get position down the stretch. There were multiple possessions where we tried to get it to him but he couldn't seal his man.

For everyone mad at Harden ISO, that was the only thing that was working to be honest and I honestly think we would have had a better chance of winning the game had he literally shot every single time down the floor in the 4th quarter. When you have Ariza shooting like crap, Beverley going cold in the 2nd half, Terry unable to make a shot all night, no low post presence with DMo unable to get position, what offense does that leave you?

Gotta get Howard and Jones back from an offensive standpoint. Our offense is too predictable with those guys out. I hope when Jones comes back he doesn't take too long to come back to speed, we need his offense out there.

So frustrating to have all these injuries with such a talented squad.

It damn well is. Lee hasn't played all year and Speights is having a career year in his place. Green is honestly a better fit in the starting lineup anyway with his defense is matchup problems.

Us missing Howard, Jones, Papanikolaou, Canaan and Garcia (well maybe not so much Garcia lol) is definitely more of a blow.

Harden is the only guy that can take it to the rack effectively on our team and their entire defense was focused on him. Plus he hit some huge threes. Should have shot more.

But he's right - you are being an idiot if you expect Motie to score at will on the best PF post defender in the NBA.

    I didn't see this game.
I heard that McHale was sleeping again in the final minutes?

I pretty much gave up caring after that second missed one.

    I think Harden did too.

I'm one of those guys who thinks that the Rocket should still win even with injuries. But tonight, without Papa and Garcia to guard Barnes and Green when Rockets go small, it was just too much.

Dwight can't come back soon enough.

they're probably better on offense with speights than bogut, but defensively, sure.

Our bench is starting (DMo, Black) and injured (Canaan, Papanikolaou).

That sequence in the 4th qtr starting with Draymond Green's dunk was tough to watch...

Haha, I can't believe ESPN chose that Miami-Denver game over this one. When I switched to it it was a snoozefest.

    KM:

They attacked us off the dribble. They got some open stuff. They went small, that bothered us.

We had turnovers trying to get it in the post, didn't move the ball enough on the offensive end, 32 in the 4th

32 in the 4th, no one defended well.

This team competed tip the last minute in both games against gs this season despite a very depleted roster. I like our chances A LOT come playoff time against them
