I've got to say that this was the most exciting game of the year. For me, probably the most satisfying win in years.

GSW is so stacked to a fault.

    Our bench whooped that ass.

If you have defenders who can make Durant inefficient, then they become beatable.

As I said in another thread, it's not the Harden iso PnR that bother me.
    It's the execution of them.

When the defense knows nothing is going to happen for the first 14 seconds of the shot clock, and then one guy will come up an make the pick, thye can react and adjust accordingly.

On this play in particular, Gordon and Anderson are both very close, just watching. Eventually Gordon tries to cut across the lane. The simplest solution would be for those two guys to just run a mini pick right there. Gordon can pick Anderson's mane and Anderson can pop up a bit as Gordon does whatver - cuts back through the lane after the pick, becomes the corner three guy, whatever.

The thing that would happen is Klay is now having to pay attention to his man way more, and can't be called on by Steph to come up and defend.

I understand they want to create space and they want Harden to know where everyone is, and keep it simple. And with a guy as great as Harden, that can work a lot of the times. But hopefully as they get more comfortable with each other, MDA can install some wrinkles to it.

Again, makes sense, give Harden the ball, let him operate. But make it easier on the team by running some action.

Harden needs to improve his passing during the immediate trap off the PNR.

He needs to get that ball to Capela, NeNe, or Tres to make a play with an inevitable 4 v 3 opportunity.

Be it pass in to the corner when help comes down or finishing strong to the rack.

Stephen A gave us some love this morning. Gave us major props for the GS win and defended Harden's defense!

This - ! saw several instances, especially late in the game, where he hesitated or didn't pass to the rolling player (Harrell, Dekker and Anderson). They should have beat this team by more points and in regulation. I hope Harden seeks out some more PG mentoring because he's still got some holes in his game from a PG perspective. Still, stat-wise, he looks great.

next time around against GS with Nene available, I wonder what effect that will have with Harrell as far as getting into the game.

From what was seen the entire night, Durant, among others, made a effort to disrupt lob passes and cut off passing lanes to the roller. So many of those were picked off. Go back and watch the game. Harden wasn't going to take chances and it was late in the game when he was tired. The warriors are allowed to be physical and still get away with moving screens.

Nene was available and D'Antoni rightfully kept him on the bench. Nene is what he is an old backup at this point.

How many times have we seen Draymond do the hold to one of our guys in the last few seconds of the game? He did it with Beasley once last season.

So is steph curry an elite ball handler? Because he's even more loose than harden and most consider him elite.

I agree cp3 as well as Kyrie are on another level. Maybe the best handled I've ever seen when talking about Kyrie.

But harden is absolutely elite and in that next group.

Most media outlets which I agree is very subjective have had harden as a top ball handler for years now.

He's def the best ball handler that's 6'5 or taller.

Lebron and KD are close but hardens handle is tighter.

Watch others players though Lebron KD even cp3 and Kyrie get there pocket picked. These guys are going against the best defender from the opposite team.

Steve Kerr is the biggest b**** and it all starts with him. No wonder MJ punched his b**** ass in the face.

    Not saying Draymond isn't a whiny b****, Curry isn't a little b****, Durant isn't queen b****, and Klay isn't a b**** face.

Just saying Kerr whines so much and a lot of their complaining starts with him. He instructs his guys to play with as much physicality and grabbing as they can get away with because they are not gonna call everything, especially in Oracle. They complain and yell all game. All the Cali teams are b**** made.

I don't care what he does I just don't like that when they lose, they complain about it being to physical.

This is the same Steve Kerr that instructs the refs of hardens attack to the hoop to not call fouls that also was telling them to watch Capela for traveling.

Well you got KD now who does the same stuff harden does to draw fouls. You got Draymond green grabbing guys as they chase wonder boy curry off screens.

They get away with a lot and I'm fine with it.

But take the loss like a man you got outplayed. It wasn't a robbery.

It's not like this team is going to lose more than 12 more games anyways.

    Wow HOW SWEET IT IS!
We beat Warriors at Oracle and several of our youngsters played important roles!

Having no Dwight Howard helped us get more fair officiating and warriors helped us with star chasing and messing up with that chemistry. Had they still had Bogut Barnes Barbosa trio they would have kicked our asses last night.
