The reason they HAD to give props is that he did very little of his damage from the FT line.
The refs weren't giving him anything (are we surprised?).
But NO ONE can deny or downplay when he's raining 3's.
Just flat out put the team on his shoulders and shot GSW down

It's been so fun seeing him grow from a skinny young rookie to one of the best centers in the league.

21 rebounds to be exact. His rebounding was great.

The 3 pointer by Harden over Durant's long arms out of the right corner was also sensational. That shot helped James hit the winner imo. Durant is 4 inches taller and is a solid defender. There are very few players who could have shot over KD.

The Rockets nearly knocked GS out with our defense first philosophy last year. CP3's injury made all the difference unfortunately. We do need him back at his best. Chris should come off the bench when he is fit to play, until he is ready to start. A couple of mean bigs, some more D and good health will be enough to knock GS out of the playoffs. The refs and their crowd can't save them all the time.

What a CLASSIC shot of Draymond on his backside and James staring him down.
Words were exchanged. Rockets snatch victory from the jaws of defeat IN THEIR ARENA
POETIC JUSTICE. (TNT crew hangs their heads and post game conducted like a wake)

You know whats annoying? All this talk of Boogie and how they werent at full strength. Always an excuse - last year in the playoffs it was Iggy, and now they keep talking about Boogie. I predict when Boogie returns he will hurt the team - he doesnt have the athleticism of Looney or the three point shooting of Jerebko and will take shots away from Klay, Curry, and Durant. In the meantime, I guess we'll continue to be subjected to how much better they will be with him and how all these wins are asterisks.

I love the look of amazement in the face of the Oracle fans.

I feel like this was a turning point in Harden's career, as he has traditionally been somewhat neutered by the Warriors D, especially when not playing alongside CP3. Now he knows he can do it, if he plays like he has for this string of 10+ games capped off with this performance against the Warriors, so it should be possible in the playoffs.

For this game, of course Harden was otherwordly, but we don't win without big contributions from:
-Capela, who had a slow start but got stronger as the game got going. Some of his catches off Harden passes were insane, and then to be able to gather and put the ball in the basket with a soft touch. Very very skilled dude.
-GreenHouse, who while missed a ton of rotations (especially early on), kept us close with drives and timely shots. House is also a very good rebounder.
-Thicc, who defends KD as well as anyone and took on the Ariza role for this game (including the missed corner shots...)
-Rivers, who I am happy to say I was wrong about. Even if he regresses to bonehead Rivers, what he has brought in this time of need has been key to our success. His 3pt shot was HUGE and his aggressive drives helped keep the Warriors defense honest throughout the game.
