this, i am sure the priority for cp3 and harden is just to stay healthy, and i commend them for that

 

I remember something similar back in the ALCS for the Astros, after game 5, and going back to Houston down 3-2, the Astros' offensive struggles were made apparent. Through 5 games, they were on track for the lowest BABIP (Batting Average on Balls In Play) in the history of the playoffs for a single series.

Then the bats lit up in games 6 and 7 thanks to regression to the mean.

 

Six more hours biatches!! let's get this thing done.

 

I think the close out game will be harder.

 

I was annoyed by all the talk of a sweep and this is why. We could easily be down 2-1 right now. At least we haven't been playing good basketball consistently...that gives me hope that if we find our rhythm, the Wolves are toast. But if I'm being honest, I think if we lose tonight this series is going 7. We really need a win tonight. We need Tucker and EG hitting open looks, and we need both Harden and Anderson focused and energetic.

 

Stop going down early to this damn team. Come out and ball.

I've seen this so many times in reference to Game 1 of this series. Both here and Wolves posters saying things like "now that Game 1 loss kills me."

These types of if's make no sense to me. It was a close game, but Harden showed that he was the best player on the floor and made the clutch plays to win the game. If the Wolves win this next game by 1, can we claim that "we should be up 3-1?"

 

Fyi a win is a win move on

Rockets have only taken 1 game seriously on defense, none on offense as a team. We need to take things seriously, not act entitled and let the best record in the league get to our head.

 

Gordon needs to step up . I don't even care if he shoots the three well ... but , he's got to take it to the rack HARD . Eric has got some athleticism... its time for him to use it and throw it down .

A dunk is gonna open up his shooting .

Other notes ... single cover towns with Clint . We shouldn't be doubling when kat is posting up Clint .

Ariza making some threes would really help .

Overall , we've got to bring that defensive effort from game 1 and 2 again . Hopefully our guys are a bit more used to playoff intensity now and can shoot the ball with some rhythm and confidence.

While tucker went 0 of 4. He needs his shots to start falling

 

I didn't pay attention like I usually do to last game . 0-4 in and of itself won't kill you . I'm curious how many times PJ passed up a shot to try and drive and create ?

 

that's the point.. he was passing up because he wasn't making any.. if he made some shots then he'll have confidence to shoot more
