    This is a critical game. If this goes back to Houston tied 2-2, all the negative narratives about the Rockets become validated.

    D'Antoni needs to go back to starting Ryan Anderson for this series. He's a bad matchup for Minny because he stretches the floor so well and that's a tough matchup for Taj Gibson. If you look at the regular season wins, Ryno was a +/- beast against them.

    How about all our role players that have been playing like garbage show up to take some pressure off of him? These dudes are shooting below 30% from the field on mostly wide open jumpers. Eric Gordon has been garbage. Tucker and Ariza have been tossing up nothing but bricks. Harden can drop 30, and it won’t matter if we’re getting 6 points from Ariza in 35 minutes, 3 points from PJ, and 5-15 shooting from Gordon. These guys better show up. The team better show up defensively as well.

    Yeah, Harden has the spotlight on him and CP3 to a lesser extent. But Harden is the reason they're not down 2-1 right now. The supporting cast outside of Capela(and maybe Nene) has been garbage in Games 1 and 3. And it's not like they're playing a tough defensive team. Minnesota is mediocre at best at that end of the floor. There is no excuse for EG, Ariza, and Tucker to be this putrid offensively. I just saw on First Things First that those 3 guys are shooting a combined 26% from the field so far in the series. That's unacceptable.

    Makes sense that they fail to live up to the mini hype - they are no Alltars, no Stars, no Superstars.

    Gotta give them credit for balling like crazy in the regular season. They'll turn the corner but dun think they will play well every game.
