    Thankfully, the answer is 0 :D .

ps: Though those insidious "Doubt Tracy" threads seem to be raising their heads now. Once, just once I'd like to see us not trying to trade/doubt/sink/hate on one of our stars at the expense of the other..

Yeah, it's safer in Tmac's hands, but the dude said he's afraid that everyone else's mental mistakes will screw up the game. I hope the players don't think that way.

I actually have no complaint about this position. Until we've seen the new Yao I actually would feel the same way. My opinion is changing though. I think he's earned at least the equal opportunity at the end of games as an option.

But dragon167's and your original arguments were originally on the fact that Yao would turn it over more than Tracy. That's just simply conjecture and not indicative of Yao's play in the last 18 games for crying out loud. Feels like sour apples knee-jerk reaction that the spotlight is off of TMAC to me.

Yes, It's great if Tmac can just shot 4/5 at the end of the game and carry us to the win.

But now the fact is, he made 6/20 all the night for a whole month!

Difference with Yao is he can make free throws. He's actually a better free throw shooter than McGrady, and he has been in past seasons as well. Yao's turnovers are also way down of late. He's handling the double teams quite well. Also, McGrady hasn't been quite as effective creating from the perimeter as he was last season.

The way Yao has been playing the past few weeks, I say "Get him the damn ball!"

Of course, if McGrady is having a hot night and the matchups favor him, than we should go to him.

Not many here think Yao is better than T-mac, period. But Yao has been leading the team to wins of recent while T-mac was not playing to his ability for whatever reasons. We especially did not even care about T-mac's skills to close the game, for now because he was not on the court.

Yao's "Bitter Beer Face" is right up there with his "Aw Shucks Clap", as his most endearing habit. I can't help but laugh everytime a photograph catches Yao making that face.

probably KG's only true weakness is that he just isn't that go-to player that can carry a team on his back offensively. but how many players in the league can do that? even Shaq can't do it anymore (not even considering free throws), and Yao not yet, and who knows when Tracy will be able to again. i just see Kobe and AI, and maybe Duncan or Nowitski. Nash is a different animal, dare i say comparable to Magic? he might not be able to score, but he'll find someone who can. Lebron someday perhaps, and Arenas only once in a while. but all of these guys have better supporting casts.

i guess KG is more like a Pippen than a Jordan. he is an outstanding player in his own right, but probably better still as a complementary player. i'm reminded of those years that Pippen played on the Bulls without Jordan. but if you gave KG a Jordan or Olajuwon for his whole career, he could have won at least 8 titles for sure. call that riding coattails or whatever, but there aren't too many players you can say that about.

Sorry. R2K has already stated that his recording messed up or something and won't be able to provide that game unless they rebroadcast it, or he gets the game source from somewhere else.

KG is the greatest 2nd Banana of all time. Too bad he's been stuck as the only option for so many years.

Random stat I noticed. Yao missed his first four free throws in this game in the first quarter. That was only the second time all season he's missed four free throws in a game. In a previous game, he went 15-19 from the line.
