Brunson had a few good plays, but he looks sooooooooo slow, I don't think he can guard anyone that is remotely quick.

Was that sappose to be a shot at Yao? Call me blind, but that has a TOF written all over it. The kid had a 30/13/4 for crying out loud!

Did you watch the game or not? At least two of the fouls (2nd and 5th) called on Yao were BS calls from the officials. Yao played with controlled aggression throughout the game, especially towards the end when he was carrying 5 fouls. Thirteen boards, 4 blocks, many altered shots, and zero turnover (maybe even 0 fall down to the floor -- gotta check with mleahy999 on this most important stat), what mental and physical problem are you talking about?

This is the most crazy post I have ever read. You mean put the ball to the hand of T-mac on the bench, oh wait, in the locker room?

Like I've said recently, I never thought I would see the day that we're actually calling out TOF's here. Good grief.

He's either a TOF, really ignorant, or on drugs. Not many other choices we are left with :D !

Does everyone remember when KG said that Yao does not make teams change their shots?

Tonight, Yao scared KG silly on a few occasions. He shot a couple of high-arcing jumpers and he definately changed several of his shots around the basket.

Some lock down defense in the fourth and another monster game by Ming sealed the deal. Pathetic free throw shooting. Brunson is our new Rod Strickland, another old fart Knick that can barely move and has a shot like your grandma, whoa that is ugly. JVG is addicted to these antique players, just nuts. The Rockets are still in the hunt. Swift had a nice game, and Alston actually made a few threes. Bottomline, I love the way Ming is playing.

TOF??...Come on guys, its just stating the obvious. Nobody is arguing with you that Yao is playing great, b'c he is. But its a fact that 90% of the time Yao is the slowest person on the court. At the end of games he's more likely to turn the ball over than TMac, thats it, plain and simple. I know I would personally rather have TMac with the ball at the ends of games...not that he'd necessarily take the shot but I trust him to get it to the right person if his shot isn't there.

We got lucky? Did someone really say that? Why always "half-empty" type of attitude? Had we won a game before without TMac and shooting 30% for a half? No, it's not luck. We toughed it out, and our big man imposed his will again.

My Lord! They are coming out of the woodwork. Somebody call the pest control man. Like a bunch of cockroaches scrambling around when you turn on the light.

Other than his missed FTs, Brunson's play was fine. In fact, he is the one of the big reasons Rockets were staying close in the game while Alston and Yao were on the bench.

Now I am only waiting for R2K for the highlight reel...

I have never been this excited as a converted Rocket fan four years ago

Coming out to defend the best player on our team yes. I like Yao just as much as all of you do haha, I've been defending him for 3 years now to all my friends who bashed him with every finger roll from point blank range or dropped passed and subsequent fall to the court. I've been waiting for this stretch for what seems like forever, I drafted Yao 12th overall in my fantasy league for pete's sake, probably waaaay higher than he shoulda been picked but I had a feeling he'd put it all together sometime soon. But with all that said you people are talking like Yao is BETTER than TMac...I mean, think about it, Yao's playing great basketball, and I mean GREAT, but with that being said he's still not even having a better yr than TMac up to right now. All I said is that I'd rather have the ball in TMac's hands at the end of the game, he's the better creator, safer ballhandler...not saying he cant get the ball to Yao, but the play needs to be run for Tracy. From what I see its no different than a Heat fan saying they'd rather have the ball in DWade's hands at the end rather than Shaq...its just common sense...not a wise move to run a play for a big man with time winding down.
