Howard actually plays Garnett well enough on defense to get in his head... when Swift is guarding KG, Kevin's eyes get REALLY big.

That's the one thing about Minny, I have never seen them blow out any team, they always leave you in it.

Anyways, if the Rox could just string a few baskets in a row here, things would look good.

The one thing that annoys me the most about this team is not talent or the lack thereof, it's that we have no finishers outside of McGrady and now Yao coming into his own. We just don't have those role players than can 'finish' plays and make things happen.

Where are our Horrys or Cassells or Smiths or Maxwells? Our role players are and will continue to be the biggest issue for this team.

I really can't say it enough: it's ALL on management and the role cast they put around Yao and T-Mac. Those two guys are not supposed to be carrying such an inordinary load during the regular season just to squeak out wins. If that happens -- which it is and has been all season long -- then it tells you that you're NOT an elite team or even close to one, because 10 out of your 12 active players are not carrying their fair share and delivering for you.

The best "teams" win, I hope management keeps that in mind next time they make a trade or two to fix things up.

Restarting the quarter after having played good defense...this game isn't going our way.

the 4th quarter keys will be our outside shooting, keeping yao on the floor, contesting their shots, and rebounding.

Oh, and it wouldnt hurt for them to go real cold from the field.

Yao needs to take the next step... learn how to completely TAKE OVER THE GAME.

He hasn't become unstoppable yet (to where he makes every "good" shot he gets).... that is the last thing he has to accomplish.

Yao with 24 at the end of the third, Rafer with 15, no body else in double digits? It's amazing we're still in the game.

Such a player has never existed. Not Jordan, not Wilt, not Hakeem.

I hope Yao's stamina holds up here, no one is doing anything to help him much out there.

GOD DAMN, Yao needs to be careful on those screens. No point in picking up his 5th foul.
