Rockets' defense has been a lot worse recently.

Shooting lights out but only 8 point lead. Defense...

Steve seems to be shooting the jumper better with Yao in there. The offense is much more smooth with Steve being able to hit a jumper. The opposing point guard can't be cheating down to defend Yao. It frees up Yao, and it frees up Steve.

The best 1st quarter the Rockets played this season.

Yao was hot, and SF was pissed. JJ knocked down jumpers.

WTF with the travel call on Yao? He did not even move his feet before shooting.

And WTF with Cato taking those open 18 footer? That is a 0% shot anyway.

This is far from the best quarter. Without defense, the lead can be gone in a few minutes, just like the Laker game.

90% of the time. Geeze, a 9-0 run by the Twolves. Get Yao in there NOW!

The Minnesota announcers say it's because he could have injured himself when he came down- hung onto the rim to keep from coming down on Madsen. Refs gave him a tech and even the Minny announcers thought he didn't deserve it.

Yao is reaping up dividends from great games against Shaq.

The ref is treating Candy man like trash and gives Yao the calls!:)

I wonder if they can still lead fg percentage allowed after this game.

There is not a shooter out there with Yao? At least send in one so their defense has to be a bit honest.

Rocket's offense is not the problem folks.

Their defense suffers big time when M-Jax is in the game.

Cuttino's confidence may be shot. He's not hitting anything from outside. It might be Pike time.

    Is this an ASG?

And geese, Minny did not even care to double Yao!

Stein must have given the order to each team not to double Yao.
