Also, this team gets MUCH WORSE when they become one-dimensional, no matter who they're going to (Yao or T-Mac).

They're at their best when everybody is involved in the offense, the ball is moving, and they're hitting their wide open shots.

I think it is annoying how you have repeated yourself about 3 or 4 times in this thread. We get it. You are pissed about the way the Rockets are playing as are the rest of us.

Why would anybody here know what the problem is and if they did why would they be posting on a message board instead of having a job on Gumby's staff?

Bottom line is that the Wolves need this game more than the Rockets and thus have the higher energy level. But it is very disappointing to see the Rockets just lay down for them.

Yao CANNOT get open and be effective unless our shooters are knocking down their shots.

The sad thing is although we played great on that last road trip, all that would be for no good if we don't beat some lesser teams (not to be disrespectful to the new Celtics or the roster-stacked T-Wolves, because I understand that record can often be deceptive.)

Deke and Yao pretty cool Twin Towers.
But wow we're down by like 23. I don't see a comeback. Twolves played good..like a playoff team. They really want to win and seems like they coulda won al ot more games if they played with this energy level and enthusiasm to win the entire season.

I turned off the TV. I'm not watching anymore.

Of course I don't think our team is losing on purpose..but uhh would it be better to play the Sonics?

I don't see us beating the Heat..

    On to the next game.

Disappointing indeed, I can maybe understand the Rox playing like crap if T-mac or Yao was injured but JHo? JVG needs to work them hard tommorrow in practice.

BTW - If Spoon starts the next game vs the Heat, they are gonna get blown out.

letting Yao and Jon barry get more may be helpful, but it is too late, to realize it. They should realize it late game. Good thing from this game is that JVG knows sometimes he could let both Mutombo and Yao both stay on the court.

Greg Anthony and Brent MustyassBurger aren't even watching the game!

    I DON'T GIVE A RAT'S ASS ABOUT ANTHONY'S LOUSY PLAYING CAREER!!!!!!!!!!

How much of a commentator can you be if you haven't even recognized that this is the first time Yao and Deke have played together this year?

We could not get a decent shot in the first 6 min of the 3rd quarter.

Nice to see JVG finally goes with Yao and Deke at the same time. That helps.

You should NEVER underestimate the importance of ANY player on the team, they are all important, every player has a role, even T-Mac and Yao. Losing a key player like Jho disrupts the chemistry on the court between the players, and the new pieces have to learn at this late stage how to play good team ball.

Of course, it doesn't help that we are playing lethargic and give up as soon as the T-Wolves started going hot and knocking down shots.

Every player is important, I think people need to appreciate that fact.

They figured most of the viewers already stopped watching and are just entertaining themselves at this point.

Its a blowout... they gotta talk about something.

As interesting as it may seem to us, I don't think Deke and Yao are going to lead this team back to win the game.
