We're playing like deserving losers.

 

I don't understand. Brooks and Lowry have played the same amount of minutes and Brooks actually have better stats. How does that make Lowry better?

 

Our defense on road is really ineffective.

 

Well we're definitely heading towards a first round exit then. Not a knock on Yao, but Yao Ming has a lot of serious flaws as a player. He's really slow, he has a tendency to settle for jumpshots when the going gets tough, and most importantly the refs will never, NEVER officiate him fairly and give him the calls he deserve. That's why we can't afford for Yao Ming to be THE man. He has to have players who are just as good as him around him or at least a system we can fall back on when he's sucking, because if we don't we're just asking to get screwed in the playoffs later on.

 

1) swing the ball to scola on the weak side for a 1-on-1 play
2) brooks immediate attacks yao's man and he's slow to recover b/c yao can seal him off
3) go to artest

lots of things. we did all of that and we shot lights out.

 

Lowry=New Rajon Rondo.

Good at getting inside/finishing
Good at finding his finishers
Dencent shooter inside the 3

Bad 3 point shooter.



Good thing about that is a 3 point shot can be aquired through practice, where as the other parts of his game come from natural instinct and skill, look at Jameer Nelson, learned his shot in the summer and became an allstar

He is going to end up being the starter for this team.

AB is like speed backs in the NFL, great compliment for a change of pace but not an every down player

 

I want see them to front Yao and how Rockets would respond...

 

don't know why scola doesn't get the ball every time down with this lineup. i'm just scratching my head.

 

Well, that Shaq character flaw also broke up the Lakers dynasty so it's a to way street. Nobody is questioning Shaq's "bad-ass" attitdue. People are question him going public and complaining about not getting touches.

 

Did you watch the 1st quarter?

 

Need to figure out a way to beat fronting. Our team doesn't have any outside of Artest(poor shot selection) to create their own shot. Other team have guys like Pierce , Kobe , etc. Let's face it Yao is our guy and in order to win we need to help Yao get his touches then eventually the team will come along.

How did brooks become 1st option. Naw we are running our offesne through yao playing off of Yao.The problem is aaron brooks can't deliver entry passes because hes' too small or lack of ability. Yes adelman wants him to look fro his shot but our #1 option is Yao.

kobe had no role? but at least it brought them 3 championships. their competitiveness brought the best out of one another.

if you constantly see your team struggle down the stretch, every year losing in the first round, i want someone to man up and be "the man" on this team.

although yao is our "best player," this team is more artest's since tracy went down than yao.

 

Man the lowry landry combo is going to be fun to watch.

if the playoffs were like March Madness, the rockets could have a serious chance to win it all. Sadly, its a series and the rockets dont have the ingredients to win a series...possibly not even a first round one.
