Ime did this with the Celtics too. Look for the team to respond positively. But maybe not until after ASB because I'm worried team is physically + mentally worn out right now. The defensive effort was bound to take its toll until team built up its stamina.

    This isn’t true.

    Reed
    4-6ft open:
35% of total 3PA 22% of total FGA
    6ft + wide open:
47% of total 3PA 29% of total FGA

    Green
    4-6ft open:
47% of total 3PA 22% of total FGA
    6ft + wide open:
39% of total 3PA 14% of total FGA

    Tari
    4-6ft open:
36% of total 3PA 12% of total FGA
    6ft + wide open:
61% of total 3PA 20% of total FGA

Nearly half of Reed’s 3’s are at least 6ft from the nearest defender and overall at a higher frequency for all his FGA than Green and Eason.

Green’s frequency of 3’s with closest defender 4-6 ft away is higher than Reed but his 6ft + frequency is lower. And his frequency to overall FGA is lower.

Tari is the most open of these 3 in terms of 3PA but relative to his overall FGA his rate is lower.

For someone who doesn’t shoot a lot of 2’s (because he can’t get separation) his 3 pt shooting is quite poor and the rate he is open beyond 6ft is very high.

I believe you should ask yourself this. The data backs up what I see which is a player who simply doesn’t get into the paint with drives while missing half of his threes being wide open. Fascinating how far your bias is from the truth.

Dont forget FT’s and Sengun is the biggest culprit. Also moving screens. Almost good for at least once a game.

Your data doesn't say anything lol. It just says Reed takes a few open 3s from time to time. It doesn't say how many times a defender refuses to leave his side or how many times they run him off the 3 point line or how many times his presence gets another teammate more space to operate.

So then the answer is....no. You don't actually watch the games. Try and notice this next time.

Most of the moving screens are because Jalen NEVER WAITS. Sengun and Adams have to remind him but he doesn't learn.

It says almost half of his 3pt shots are wide open. You must be stupid to argue against this or too lazy to look up the data yourself. This was a direct response to your false statement that he “attracts more attention” at the 3 pt line. Dumb ass comment. Try to come up with something more logical and factual next time before opening your mouth.

Nah. It’s because he moves his hips.

Jalen dribbled around for 15 seconds then passed it off to Reed with one shot on the shot clock. Fantastic. If I was Reed I’d of just thrown it right back to him.

Anyone who defends Stone is a certified idiot.

Sengun is getting absolutely destroyed by Davis. Also no I don’t hate Sengun, I like him a lot, before any of the Sengun fans start to lose their minds.

Wonder if this is a blue print on how we should use Sengun moving forward, at the 4 instead of 5. I know some fans were wanting it. I’d still prefer the 5 be able to shoot, but right now it’s working.
