I'm sure they are fully aware of the importance of this game considering how tough the schedule is about to get. They NEED to beat inferior teams to get through the month with as little damage as possible.

 

Brewer will probably go off again. He loves playing against the Rockets.

 

Rockets should win this even though they are depleted.

 

Any Rockets Wolves game is guranreed to have Corey Brewer going off.

 

The Lithuanian Lycan is the scariest wolf of them all.

 

Not seeing the old 'trap game' comments so much anymore.
Sounds like our backup squad is gaining some confidence with the fans.

The T-Wolves signed Jeff Adrien ... so Jeff will play with a chip on his shoulder, I guess. He could have 20 pts and 10 reb.

But we got this. Plus Brewer is on my fantasy team, so win-win.

 

Yeah, especially defensively. D-Mo getting extra touches in the post would make MORE sense if Pekovic was in.

 

Gonna be fun watching Wiggins go at Harden again. Glad Rubio & Martin are out. Should be relatively an easy game.

 

If we see Clint Capela in the 4th Q then the Rockets have done there job

 

Any NBA games can be a trap. The last game was a trap to the Grizzlies. I don't think the 3 quarter blowout was reflecting the strength between the two teams. Gasol and Zbo will come back strong next time.

So yeah. Don't take any team lightly. Otherwise, it will be a trap.

True. And there quite possibly could be two 60 game winning teams in the West this season. The quickest way to 60 wins is to almost run the table on the poor teams and play just above .500 against good teams. So far the only game this season that Houston has lost against a bad team is the LAL game where Howard scratched just before the game. And they have been playing about 0.500 against good teams. Now if they could get back a couple of the injured players it would help immensely.

 

Off topic but do you have any statistical threads that you might do for CF's this year?

 

The Timberwolves have ruined my fantasy season - I have Rubio and Martin sitting injured on my bench. Rockets need to thrash them for me. But more importantly because everything needs to be humming entering this tough stretch.
