Sam Cassell always gets up to play the Rockets. I think he still feels the emotions of being traded for Barkley.

we need a shake-up. The writing is on the wall for some of these players.

 

Haha, he also likes to play against Francis too.

 

Time to play Boki and Alton Ford. You can lose a game, but you cannot let your reserve being undeveloped.

 

everyone gets up and plays well against francis....it's like fiding a hole in the defensive line or a sorry corner back...keep attacking it cuz there is not much you can do to stop it.

 

KG is alive without Yao guarding him.

 

Looks like yao not here for the game, maybe hes tired from the marathon they had to run in practice yesterday but that is no excuse. We need a power forward, cato is hurting us bad, people dont have to guard him and resuts in our guys getting double teamed.

 

cassell is 9-11 for 21 points/5 rebound and six assists. ..wow..those would be nice stats from the rockets 1 guard...

 

The current Rockets officially suck. I am so looking forward to my 2 week vacation on the beach in a country where they don't broadcast Rocket games. I need to recover from this "team"...

Popovich is a smart coach. He figured out how to defend Ming. Right now, everybody is learning the trick. Teams are making the adjustment, can Ming make his own adjustment? I doubt it.

 

This team is unwatchable. I've never turned the TV off in the 3rd quarter but tonight's game is too ugly to watch. Pathetic.

For me as a fan, it's gotten so bad watching this team, I don't even have the nerve to hope, criticize, or think of ways for this team to improve. It's gotten so bad for me that I think I've lost my will to care about the team the way they're playing. Yao is in the dog house it seems under JVG, and the Rockets are stuck on a perimeter small ball game that's pathetic. As bad as it is for me as a fan to want to give up on the Rockets, it's even worse that it appears the Rockets have given up on themselves. I lose money spending 180+ dollars on the NBA package to watch this team and I'm left bewildered with increased blood pressure, a crankier mood, and utter dissapointment. If the Rockets don't make the playoffs this year and atleast make a competitive run if they make it, I'm not wasting my money to watch this team anymore.

 

Just try to be optimistic: Perhaps those guys just want to take a rest in the All-star game?

 

Our defense suffers most when Yao is out.
Although Yao sucks big time lately, I think he will be the solution to all the problems we have. There is no other way, we will get outplayed by decent teams on all other positions, including PG.
Criticize Yao, but saying forget about him is stupid.

i'm at a loss for words as to how poorly we're playing. what is the G*d-Damn deal?!? something has to change, because this team makes the same mistakes over and over again. that just isn't normal for a professional team. how many times has some rocket gotten in the air w/ no where to go or no one to pass to? you get taught that in junior high. sh*tty stagnant offense has got to go. i dont care what needs to be done, i refuse to watch such a sh*tty display of basketball.
