    Not re-signing D'Antoni would be the height of stupidity, if not fiscally irresponsible.

    Nevermind that the reconfigured roster is economically committed to small ball, the Rockets have been the BEST team in the bubble.

    Emphasis on TEAM.

    Rockets have a 60% to 65% chance to win if we keep the turnovers low play smart and do not take 40+ 3s we will win easily.

    Not sure how you are calculating your odds but no way in hell Rockets take less than 40 3balls.

    The magic number is 50+ 3PA.

    Why are u talking about 45% from 3? Of course that’s not gonna happen, nor does it need to.

    the Rockets shooting 33-35% on very high volume is often good enough, especially against teams like OKC and LA that don’t take or make many threes

    The Lakers can’t compete with the Rockets going just 16/50-18/50 from 3. They will have to absolutely dominate the paint to keep up. If the Rockets have a night where they make 20+, good night.

    would make a lot of sense for him to play monday. if we lose today, then we insert russ because we need him. and if we win today, then we get him some run before starting the next series
