What's all the LIN hate?

He has played decent within the system

 

Man what is going on...Rockets down two in a playoff game and the only thing on some peoples minds is how bad Lin is playing...and he's been alright.

Has he lit it up? Nope.
But he isn't bringing the team down, far from it. He's helping push the pace and move the ball. Drive the lane some and playing solid all around I feel.

Beverly is playing better tonight. So what? Just enjoy the game.

 

Actually Harden is knifing up the D, Lins been coughing up the ball and nutting up... Bevs been the X factor we thought lin would be.

 

What happened to the vets of this board?

Most of them are dishing Lin.

 

5-14, and that isn't good. but 6-14 is good. do the free throws make up for the extra miss?

 

Why must every game thread reduce itself into a LOF-LOH debacle?

Anyway, love the way Revvin' Bev is playing. Everyone has stepped, even Lin. Lets roll out the second half and go even harder

 

Westbroook having 3 PFs is very good.
PatBev - MVP in finals of the last league he played in in Europe. Very happy we got him.

 

I would love to see this lineup at some point.

I remember when the rockets still win but Lin doesn't play a lot and some of the "fans" still whine.

When you can't knock him on numbers, start to play the perception game now? Oh, they didn't take him seriously.

Sigh, some of you guys are just so hopeless. I am sure you had a party when Lin had a pi$$-poor game in game 1. I don't blame you guys, and I won't give you that "rooting for team to win" high standard. What can you do? If you don't like a guy, you don't like him. No need to pretend.

But so far this half? Lin wasn't Linsanity, but he was very solid. Just like that guy complained Lin couldn't rebound, at the time Lin had most rebounds for Rockets, is just plain silly.

I know it's hard to hold back your bash against Lin. But you could at least wait, till he does poorly in the second half, for instance. So you could at least pretend you are bashing him for the benefit of the team.

You can start to pray that Lin keeps missing, so that your bashing would sound more rational. Of course, you could do it in the name of the team.

 

can't believe you suckers are still complaining with how great this game has been so far. Everybody in the backcourt will average 40 minutes for the night.

I bet they are just pissed cuz it's the playoffs but I don't see them raging on Lin during regular season

 

Could we just ignore the LOH vs LOF posts?
My brain is able to filter them automatically.

 

I'm not a Lin fan, but I like how he's playing. He just needs to keep driving/shooting with confidence, and he'll get his points.

With both Harden/Bev in the game, he doesn't have as much pressure to handle or create for others.

 

I'm being sarcastic, check my history I'm been accused of being LOF.

 

Lin hurt. Damn.

 

Lin has resorted to a spot up shooter in our system .... Imagine if we had somebody who actually could spot up and shot!!
